My church office was looking for a replacement for our old leased copier. We decided it made more sense to buy a small multifunction and save a bundle on the purchase price and maintenance contract. After a lot of research, we chose the Canon D1320. Easy to unpack and set up. Fast and quiet. Love the built in flat scanner, document feeder, and duplexer. For a small multi-function laser, it is a great value. NOTEWORTHY - It comes with a starter toner cartridge that has half the capacity of a full cartridge. If that's an issue for you, consider buying a full cartridge so you'll have a spare one when the starter runs out - and they're not cheap! I looked for information about the cartridge capacity before purchasing, but that information is hard to find. One source even said it was a full cartridge - it isn't. If you don't need the fax function, and we didn't, you can save quite a bit buying the D1320. Same printer as the 1350 and 1370 but just has fewer features.

This printer does all the things a larger printer does. It is great for a small to medium size office. Has printing, scanning, and copy capability.

Works great and is pretty easy to setup. Only major downfall is the inability to setup scan to SMTP.

i have this printer for about 6 mo. and it is fast. 2 sec. to first page from sleep. the toner cart didn't last for long (starter cartridge) overall i love this printer. getting service from canon for a small spring that come loose was more then expected. canon send a replacement overnight and also pay for return shipping. that's excellent service
