This printer is awesome. So simple to set up and use, quieter than I assumed it would be and fast. Love the power saving option and toner is cheap! Couldn't be happier.

I have been using this for an year and half this product and i purchased one from best buy for my sister. She is in college. Its an awesome product to do quick photocopy and print. Easy to use solid low maintenance. Main advantage is that it has a duplexer which helps me print front and back.. Go Green ;) Good value for money. Con : Its pretty big for my table but i think we have to give that since its a MFD

I read all the tech specs on several other copiers and this one had the best specs for the best price. most importantly its as fast as its supposed to be. I have yet to connect it to my computer because it is not a plug and play copier, but I give it 4 stars.

Good price for a basic copier for home or small office.

I've been using this printer for a couple years or so, maybe a couple thousand printed pages and copies. Very satisfied, no issues, so bought one for the wife to use in the business. Hers has functioned perfectly too.

Good as they get for a copier machines. Once in a while does say "paper jam" when there is not one and you need to fiddle with the paper tray. Overall very satisfied for home use.

A reliable basic copier that also prints. Purchased this to replace the same printer, but an earlier generation, which lasted 8 years before someone broke it. Clean clear copies, efficient tonor use. Not very fast, but reliable. Relatively small footprint. A great small office printer if you do not need all the bells and whistles.

This review is mainly directed towards BB and not the printer itself. I run a business and order quite a bit from BB and install on customer sites and time is important. I needed this printer for a very low volume location at a client site, however I DID want networking on this system. I read the site and made sure that it at least had wired networking. The product was delivered and when we were there to install and configure there was NO nic. This is a USB printer. I decided to go ahead and finish the deployment due to the fact it will meet the needs and the additional cost did NOT justify the time and expense to return and replace. My humble request is that BB be more careful as to their product discriptions. I do recommend this if you need a usb only printer

This is for a small office that needs a simple copier no frills required.

This printer has proved to be just what we needed...a reliable basic printer & copier that is easy to operate & takes up very little space.

After receiving this I attempted tp set up, couldnt even get past ist screen, it was doa, contacted best buy, they had ups pick it up, and then they sent me another one. which works fine

Box was in good shape when it was delivered and on time open box and plug in and went through how to start and worked good as expected I am satisfied

1) Does not come with the USB cord required to hook up to a computer. Was a surprise because I have never had a printer NOT come with that cord so I didn't think to look at the "included items" list. 2) Out of the box, the rollers used to do double sided printing pull the paper to the side and misfeed/jam every time. Not a huge problem because I don't really do double sided printing anyway. Still really annoying to have the product defective. The low price (I got it on sale), made up for both "problems" and I would still recommend to anyone looking for a budget printer.

I like a B&W laser as I just print documents. The printer arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The installation disk was outdated for my Apple Mac OS and I needed to contact Canon to create a new one which they did. It did take more than a week to receive that, then there were setup steps not outlined in the starter guide so I was getting error messages and unable to print. I needed to be talked through configuring by a Canon tech support person, Alicia, who was excellent. I really like this printer, it prints two sides smoothly and quietly. Very happy with the purchase now that it’s installed and configured correctly. Purchasers should be advised that up to date drivers can be downloaded from the Canon website. I didn’t need to have a new disk made but there is nothing about that in the manual. Best Buy’s Geek Squad didn’t seem to know this as they advised me to have Canon make a new disk. This confusion did leave me without a printer for an extended time. This is a great item and it’s on SALE!
