I really like the quality of this printer. Only issue I have is with my Mac connection gets rough at times and I have to remove it and add it again in my printer settings. Other than that no issues with PC use.

Awesome printer-very quick and great color and clarity. It is a little loud though, especially at start up and quite heavy.

I needed to replace an inkjet printer that had an error code. I discovered that laser printer do not have the same problem with ink. This one was easy to put together. It was up and running in under 15 minutes. I was able to print from the computer in under 30 minutes from the start. The color prints are good. The black prints are sharp. i have had good luck with Canon printers. The past one was a Canon inkjet and it lasted more than 10 years, far past expectations. I expect the same from this one.

This is a very reliable and easy to use printer. Documents are identical to the originals. The toner cartridges are inexpensive to buy considering that they last for a long time.

This unit is big and heavy, but has lots of features and makes good copies. The downside for me was in scanning. The automatic document feeder pulled originals crooked, and the software utility was quite limited and not at all intuitive.

Great printer - love being able to have color and black & white in a laser unit that fits neatly in my office. Setup for basic printing is super simple but if you want to use some of the more complex features, like emailing scans and faxing, prepare to do some research. Print quality is great so long as you don't need photo quality prints -- for everyday office printing (forms, color powerpoint decks, etc) it's fantastic.

This color laser all in one offers great print quality, speed, duplexing, and scanning (I have not used faxing). The price is very attractive as well. The paper tray is quite small so if you have larger prints that could be an issue. The main issue people including myself have had is maintaining connectivity both networked and direct via USB. After several printer deletes and adds it seems stable on Mac OS X but many users list this as an issue in Mac and PC installs.

Good but you have to rely on the on-line manual

The printer works great, but is a bit taller than the multi-function it replaced. Also the supplies are a bit costly, and the paper tray is a little funny in setting the paper size. Finally, I needed to supplement the printed instructions with the more detailed on-line version as I wanted to turn off the completion sound, and setting sounds was only in the on-line version.

There is a lot to like in this printer. It is fast and prints well, and the large touch control screen is nice. Instructions and setup could be improved. There is an extra part in the box that is not mentioned in the multi-lingual setup chart. (Paper tray cover for legal paper as it turns out.) My main disappointment was when the new printer connected to the network, but did not show up in Windows 10 as an available device. Maybe it could be done better, but I installed using the IP address and it still did not appear as an available printer. I tried again and noticed the message "available app," and after installing that app, got to the driver installation It now shows up as the default and functional printer. The manual is a digital document with click to expand sections. It works, but it is not intuitive or simple. After a couple of hours everything was good, then the unit failed and we got a cheerful exchange from Best Buy. The replacement unit did not appear on the Windows device list. Here we go again. So far we are very pleased to have this printer and consider it an asset.

I purchased this printer, etc. to replace an old scanner and two printers. Setup, for basic operation, was fairly easy. I’m still struggling with some functions (but I haven’t put a lot of time into it, so that doesn’t help). Scanning is excellent. Printing is quite slow to start up but once it does start it moves along quickly. I have not yet explored all functions, so I can’t comment on much more. Just as the description states, it Is very heavy (50 lbs) and packaging adds a fair amount of weight also.

I bought this color laser printer as I worm from home, and with the increase in duties with the COVID19 mess I was going to need to print. Also I was going to be moving to the home schooling of my little one with countless pages of paper. This printer prints amazing color pictures without the soggy and messy look of inkjet, and it does it instantly. It can also scan and auto feed insanely fast. You can scan to a USB drive quicky and also have it scan and print across the wireless network in no time. Setup was a breeze. I would recommend it.

I went with this to have higher print speeds and to have toner instead of ink. If it ends up not getting used for a period of time the ink can dry and your printer is then basically totaled. A toner base printer is a little bit more expensive but not having ink drying out is worth the extra $100. Great print quality, fast, easy to use. Setup took a little longer because there is more information to type in. But this printer works well. I'm using it everyday right now.

Excellent prints, easy set up, handles 24lb paper just fine and prints from my Windows, iMac or ios phones super easy. A ton of advanced features for this price point and honestly, can you find a cheaper color, multi-function LASER printer anywhere?

I was skeptical of purchasing another HP printer as my last one was an ink monster. I would print a couple of pages and would need the ink replaced. I started considering laser printers as I’ve heard they last longer, although a little more expensive. I did some research and thought the Brother laser would be a good buy, until I went to the store and did a comparison scan. The Brother came out washed and fading while the HP was very vivid, almost like it came right out of the print. It was also heavily discounted during the holidays. It’s easy to set up, I can print from anywhere in the house and with any device. I like that the ink last a long time. So far so good, I highly recommend and will consider another HP product in the future, but I can see this printer lasting a very long time.

This printer was bought as Christmas gift for my sister. The setup was easy. I was able to set it in less than 20 minutes. Once that was done we were able to print from every laptop in the house. It is very heavy and requires 2 people to lift it. It has all the features needed from an all in one. It comes with starter ink and more ink need to be purchased later but the starter pack yield a good amount before needing to buy more. The wifi setup is one of the easiest I have done.
