the bad: the printer is massive for my desk. had to buy furniture just for the printer. no cables included other than power cable. the good: side paper feeder for specialty paper, double sided printing, wifi printing, support for latest macOS 11.0,

I work in a small office as IT and have been trying to get away from HP laser printers for several years, but have been fearful to do so due to their status. Recently, printers have went way up in price and this one stands out among laser printers in that area. When I found this printer for a user's office, it has been perfect. The set up is easy and the advanced settings through the web interface is easy as well. The printer is just as quick as it's HP competitor, for printing and scanning. This printer has been used heavily for a few weeks now and has been through several toners, and it is doing well!

One of the key features I looked for in a new all-in-one printer was duplex scanning. The Best Buy web site specs for the unit I purchased shows that this item will support duplex scanning, HOWEVER, this unit does NOT have duplex scanning capability, verified by the Canon web site users manual. There is no setting on the scanning menu on the unit to support duplex scanning. Now I have to make the 100 mile (one way) trip to the nearest Best Buy store to return this unit and continue my search for the unit I need. Other than the misleading information on the Best Buy website, the unit appears to be OK, arrived undamaged, on time, and complete. Rating is more reflecting against Best Buy, not the unit itself. If Best Buy had the specs correct on the web site, I never would have purchased this unit.

Good laser color printer. A little to big but this was the only one available that was a color laser printer all in one

It was defective and had to be returned. The store didn't have any other options in stock so I had to shop somewhere else for a replacement.

I know everyone has an opinion, but here's what happen to us. This printer started leaving small blk ink spots i the 2nd sheet we printed. By time we printed a 4th page, some spots were dime size of ink. Not impressed even though people had told us it was a good printer. This printer is very heavy & doesnt give a lot a paper source, in the computer to choose from.
