Have problems with Wifi still trying to get it going instructions not very direct. For $25, you get what you pay for

Did not function as needed! Check printing not a strong point.

I'm a bit of a computer/technology geek and see myself as pretty savvy. However, I have so far been unable to get this hooked up to my Macboook Pro 2015. I read the directions, and watched a video on YouTube about this. My next step will be to call customer service and hope they are able to help me get it installed.

I HAVE SPENT 2 DAYS TRYING TO GET MY COPIER TO HOOK UP WIRELESSLY, HOWEVER, EVEN AFTER A 1 HOUR TALK WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STILL NOT CONNECTED. THE DIRECTIONS ARE HORRIBLE TO FOLLOW AND I AM STILL NEEDING TO GET HELP FROM MAYBE SOMEONE ELSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GET ME GOING ON MY COPIER. VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!!!

It didnt work with my macbook, just because its cheap dosent mean it works

I red the reviews and just needed a little printer to print off scripts with, this printer won't connect with my wifi I've done everything the IT guy told me too, my cable guy said the printer is at fault, not my wifi. So it's basically being a paper weight for now.

My printer worked fine for 1.5 weeks tops, after that it does absolutely nothing but a loud crackling sound when printing I called best buy they couldnt accept it after 15days. Canon said itll be $150to fix (i paid 30 for it). Waste of money dont get it.

Doesn't connect to any of my computers/laptops and won't print from device unless in gallery and can't manage size.. and when using as copier says error.. didn't even bother returning printer just took it as $25 loss!!

I reported to you people that I did not receive the order. I got email saying it was left at door. WHO DOES THAT??? NOT IN THIS CITY. But no one has made any efforts to replace, not even apologue order#3479823910

Was shipped in the original box from shelf not reboxed could not get it to work at all had to return to the store for replacement they sold me a more expensive printer

I have yet to get it to work my hp will not recognize the cannon I have already thrown away the box or I would return it i have everything nothing works

Horrible!!!! Wouldn't Connect to my Wi-Fi. Tried several times!! I even went on YouTube and it still would not connect. So I gave the printer away.

I was able to download the driver that related to this printer as it wasn't listed on the canon website. Even the same series it did not connect

This printer was awesome for about 2 weeks, then it just completely crapped out. Saying there is a paper jam when there's no paper inside.

Printer failed to connect to my computer both wirelessly and when using a USB cable. I'm happy that I was able to return it to a store.

I wanted a wireless printer, I recently bought a Dell laptop from best buy, so it should work since they are both new.

I can't get this printer to print wireless. I called for help but no one helped.

The printer was broken in a month and a half. I would not purchase again.
