This is an excellent camera for the price! I was looking to upgrade my old camera which was a Canon PowerShot Elph 310 but didn't want to spend too much money. In my opinion Canon cameras are the best! They hold up really good and take awesome pictures! I highly recommend this to anybody wanting a high quality camera with an expensive cost. I go to a lot of concerts and this takes really good pictures. The zoom is awesome too!

This is an excellent product if you want a camera that fits in the pocket, has a good range of features but is simple to use. Picture results are very good. Like most cameras of this type it goes through battery life fairly quickly, so have a spare battery on hand.

Plenty of functions, if only I could remember how to get to them. In fairness, I often shoot in challenging light conditions. I find that I get into modes, sometimes after great trial-and-error, and then can't easily get out of them...I was on "tulip" for quite awhile and it worked pretty well for non tulip (macro) situations, Of course, the SLR styles are easier to adjust because they have more classic film-type controls.
Currently I'm in a mode where to review pictures I get a little image with a lot of information. When I hit "zoom" I go past the full frame into a cropped mode. I shot some natural light full moon shots, but almost none came out. If I could figure out the "P" menu, I probably could do better. I'm also in an odd "focus/exposure" mode that I'd just as soon not be in. When everything's right, it takes great shots. It's small and easily fits in a shirt or pants pocket.
I like the thing, but will probably never "get-it" consistently...

I bought this for my husband's birthday...thought it would make a great small camera to take on travel vacations. We just came back from a 15 day Med. cruise and it was just what he needed! It fit in a pocket, took great pictures, was easy to charge and he didn't need to take his large camera bag, lenses etc. Canon does it right whatever style you are looking for!

I was looking for a good pocket sized point and shoot camera to take on a trip. I have a great Canon DSLR, but wanted something I could carry in my pocket and did not want to spend a lot. This was just the ticket. Excellent picture quality in a small package at a very reasonable price. Love the convenience.

I bought this camera right before I left for London. I didn't play with it much before I began taking pictures. Pictures, zoom, everything is great! Although, it was on some setting that took 6 creative shots for every 1 that I took. I thought this was something it did after every picture and didn't think anything of it until I loaded 1800 pictures onto my computer. Some of them were cool but it was a lot to sort through!

Great camera, easy to bring with you where ever you go. Small enough to fit in your purse, took it on a trip to South America and was able to take great shots. Super clear pics and the quality is pretty nice. Very easy to transfer the pics to your iPhone.

I just came back from Disney World and took many pictures during the day and night. They came out very nice. I took pictures of the illumination on the castle and they were clear and colorful.
The one negative I have is the on/off button is small for those of us with big hands. I would still buy this camera!

I bought this camera because it got fantastic reviews on-line (not best-buy, more from photo professionals). It has wifi setup, but I couldn't figure it out on my own, and I haven't found the time to sit down with the instructions. I wanted a camera because the phone pics everyone takes aren't of high enough quality for my liking. I think the price was a little high. Hopefully as time goes by I'll enjoy the better quality pics, and hopefully the camera lasts a long while. Time will tell...!

I bought this as a gift for my 87 yo father. He is pretty computer savy but both of us are having a hard time getting a wifi connection to his computer. I am going back to the store to have someone explain the setup top me so he can send the beautiful pictures the camera takes. It is easy to use. He had an older Cannon and the batteries always were dead! Love the camera but frustrated by the set up.

We bought this for a trip to Disney. The zoom is decent, the color saturation is great. Night shots are iffy. We enjoyed the creative setting - my son's favorite result turned him into a comic book type character. Fun to play with while waiting in a line. Getting the focal point right was tricky but taking a few extra shots solved that problem.

I bought this camera because I did not want to lug my Canon dslr around Italy and looked for something small and compact that would still take great photos. After reading reviews and considering price, I chose this Canon point & shoot. It is easy to use and takes decent photos. The only downside was that the photos were a little grainy and not as clear as I would have hoped, but it still did the trick. I did love the Wi-Fi feature though... I could take photos and send them wirelessly to my phone to share with friends & family. Overall, if you are looking for a point & shoot for beginners, this would be a good buy.

I bought this to record and make videos and take pictures here and there and I love it. Videos are HD (1080) which is my favorite feature on this camera. Pictures also turn out great. I love the fact that the microphone is in front of the camera which means when I'm facing the camera and I'm recording it'll be easier to hear my voice in the video. When going from inside to outside or a different light setting the camera adjusts really quick and doesn't take long to focus. Also you don't have to hold the camera far away in order to fit multiple people in the frame of the picture. Overall, I love this camera and the price.

I first purchased a small Nikon but when I chose the flash does not fire at anytime, it flashed anyway plus the picture quality was not to my liking. So I returned it and bought the Canon Powershot. I takes great pictures and doesn't flash when I choose that feature. Plus it is small enough that I can carry it in my purse without weighing it down.

I love this camera! I needed something to replace my old point-and-shoot when it died. Now I have a much better optical zoom (12X) which allows me to take pictures that look like I am in the middle of things rather than at a safe distance. The bluetooth feature is great for work. I teach so when I take pictures of my students, I can send them to the computer without having to hook up wires. This allows for easier printing. With all these features, I still can slip this camera into my pocket or purse without any problems.

I went with another Canon product to replace my 8 year old camera. The quality of the pictures have exceeded my expectations. My only concern is it comes with a rechargeable battery pack instead of replaceable aa batteries.
