I purchased this flash for use with a Canon 5D Mark lll . It is great for use indoors and great for outdoor closeups as a flash fill.

This is the smaller version of Canon flash units, I am glad I did not get the the bigger heavier one, the 6D with the 24-105 L lens and the flash , are already heavy enough, especially if you don’t take photos for a living

Small light weight. Easy to use. Outstanding and fun

This flash is great! I got it to go with my Canon EosM. I purchased this over the Speedlite 90ex because it is still a small flash and it has the ability to tilt the flash head upwards. Bounce flash works best in rooms with average height ceilings (10-12ft).

This is my first external flash, and it has dramatically improved the quality of my indoor photos, especially when there is little light coming from outside (i.e., windows). For the price, I recommend to anyone looking to improve his or her indoor photography, but doesn't think they'll ever go pro.

Does the job it is supposed too. Helps saves on using the installed flash. The compact size make it easy to travel with, and it's really not a bother using it as compared to larger flashes.

I bought this flash for my new Canon G15 series camera. Since the camera is not as large as SLR cameras, it is a perfect size for this camera and other smaller cameras and fits very easily on the top of my camera. It also only takes 2 "AA" batteries which is much nicer that a previous one I had which was bulky on top of the camera and took 4 batteries. It has enough power to compensate for the lack of light from 10 ft. to at least 30 or 40 ft. away. My only gripe about it is the inability to adjust it in small increments upward. It only has 2 adjustments upward, one being ceiling bounce mode. But unless you're expecting to do some serious photography (even though I'm pretty picky myself), it meets all the expectations of a smaller fill flash at a good price.

Bought this for my DSLR since it wasn't too pricey. Haven't been using it a huge amount and when i do it can be very very strong. Wish it didn't eat up batteries so fast though
