Have yet to utilize product due to car getting wrecked prior to receiving but have used geek squad installation several times previously and they do great job.
I would recommend this to a friend

Geek Squad rep was super helpful! He saved me a lot of money and time. He went out of his way to help me. Installed stereo for me in less than 20 minutes.

The installation was super fast and did a great job. The only problem is that Best Buy didn’t have enough installers so you have to make an appointment and some locations were over a month’s wait

When I returned to pick up my vehicle, the installer came out to the vehicle in the parking lot with me. He showed me how to turn it on. He showed me the instructions. He did not show me how to operate it (i.e./e.g. tune it to the station I usually listen to) It was near closing time. When I started up the car and attempted to tune it in, I was baffled. I got out of the car and went back to the service door to ask for help. I could not see anyone inside or get a response. Somewhere in this process my car keys were lost/misplaced/fell out of my pocket. When I got back to the car I got the spare key out of the key box and drove home.

Did a good job overall but was a little pricy. First Tech seemed to be pretty nice. Second Tech wasn't as much and I seemed to be a bother picking up my vehicle. Maybe they were having a bad day. Wasn't any instruction as to how to use any functions as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The technician was very knowledgeable and customer friendly. The install was good but took a lot longer than planned. Kept having customers with no appointment interrupting his work. Best Buy needs to have someone who can intercept the no appointment customers.

Bought a great radio when Best Buy was offering free installation. I have purchased other equipment for vehicles in the past and they have always done great work.

The online scheduling is what put it down to 4 stars. When I showed up for my appointment the technician was not there, he was at lunch. My appointment had not shown up until after he got back for lunch. He was very polite and professional the rest of the time.

If he would of unplugged the radio that came with the car, I think I would of maxed him out, he was very professional and carried a good attitude, knowledgeable on what he was doing, thanks

We have put 2 stereos in 2 different vehicles and on both occasions the guys have been great when answering questions and explain things easy to understand.

Had previously purchased a car stereo and had it installed in a vehicle; when we traded that vehicle, Best Buy removed the stereo for free; just had it installed in a different vehicle; install went very well

the radio first off was a great deal buying installation on line was very complete install took less than an hour. Would highly recommend the product stare and overall experience especially fhe installation.
