Good thick strong rope. Can use wallet attached and card doesn’t fall out

The item might be good had I been given everything that is supposed to be in the box. The strap card was not in the (already opened ,box torn up) box. I immediately went back into the store and was told that only the strap came with the purchase. I was told to attached directly to the case. It does not attach to the case. It attaches to the strap card. Which was not included and Best Buy lied to be even when I knew they were wrong I’d stick to reviewing the product if I could 1) give Best Buy a bad reviww elsewhere. But they make sure that you can’t do that

I was not excited to pay over $40 for this strap, but so far so good! Seems like a good quality cord which will hold up over time, though I'm constantly worried I may cause it to fray in some way. The metal pieces are nice and matte, and also feel like good quality. Depending on the length you have the strap, it truly stays put! As for the little piece that sits behind your phone and comes out by the charging port, it's holding up, but it feels a bit scary. I also have a hard time charging with certain cords, so that's annoying, but I do think it would work with more cases - I'm only using it with an Apple silicone case. Overall it's solid and looks great, and has worked for over month with no issue!

My wife got the purple one, and it adds a stylish touch to her phone, with the added bonus of reflective details for nighttime visibility, this thing is a lifesaver in crowded places, keeping your phone safe and secure, y wife's been using it non stop since it arrived, and she loves how secure and stylish it is, especially during busy events or while traveling, he adjustability is a lifesaver for her, and she can switch between styles in a heartbeat. Honestly, the only downside is that it's bit pricier than some generic straps, but I think the quality justifies the cost, and it might take a second to adjust the length perfectly if you're constantly changing styles. But overall, it's a practical and stylish way to carry your phone.

Saves my having to purchase another phone at least once a week because the phone never hits the floor anymore. I like it because it's adjustable and, when it's on my neck, it's easy to adjust and so it doesn't interfere with my daily routine.

The item was easy to attach to my phone, it was comfortable when wearing as a lanyard, easy to adjust. * Make sure your phone is secure in its case (doesn’t come out easily). I bought a second one for my Grandson.

this was a fantastic purchase for someone who often lacks pockets a cell phone fits in. sometimes you want quick access to your phone without digging around in a bag. it did stretch my phone case out a bit at the edges from the piece that goes under your phone, and now Im nervous sometimes that my phone will slide out when walking around with the strap (which is why 4 stars) it said it was compatible with my case, but it probably works better with a casetify case

Easy to set up, easy to adjust, better than worrying about your phone falling out of your pocket and hitting the pavement. (which is why Grandma bought this for her Grandson).

I got it to use for a Vegas trip and it worked very well and loved how it just hung there and was in hands reach to use. I trusted my phone to hang on the piece that it came with. Until one day after using the lanyard for about 2 months, the piece that was sitting between the phone and its case - came apart… I wouldn’t abuse the lanyard or tug on it. So not sure why it broke. Other than that, the convenience of it is on point!
