    good for spot cooling in my house. upstairs was having a little trouble cooling down in the Texas summer heat. HOA doesn't allow window units , so this was a quick and easy solution

    Bought this for little more than $300 after price-matching with another competitor. It's almost 2 months and have been using it for garage ($750 sq ft) with 2 other coolers/humidifiers. Able to cool 6 degrees less than outside so feels comfortable. The extension in window kit is not suitable to use on all windows (design problem); will need cutting. Haven't used heater yet. Having AC and heater in the same unit with price of $300 is great.
