Build quality on these units is average, expect to replace this in a few years once the elements take their toll. I always cover the grill and despite my best efforts these units rust out fairly quickly. Another issue with this model is the pit is quite shallow and I get alot of flare-ups because of it. So once the bottom pan fills with grease, it will catch fire and flare up unless totally cleaned out with every use.

This is a good basic grill. Lots of room for burger and weiners.

I love it, it's convenient and easy to use. I would recommend this to everyone.

The grill was just what I expected . Although shipping to store it was dented on the hood . Also upon opening it was missing a drip cup . I decided to keep it instead of returning it because of the wait time . Char broil sent me the missing part .

Bought it online and the store was easy to work with on the pick up. Easy to assemble. I was able to assemble by myself but two people is always helpful. Starts up every time. One hot spot in the left back corner but beyond that it works extremely well for all grilling purposes.

this grill if amazing, heats up super fast, easy to clean, and best of all... it cost me $179 plus tax. best buy is awesome when it comes to matching prices. Thank you best buy :)

gave it to my husband for fathers day and he loves it, he grills all the time

This is a good grill and recommend the purchase. The setup isn't as bad as I thought it would be. Only wish there were cabinets to enclose the bottom half of the grill.

I saw the grille I wanted on line and went to Best Buy's site to see if it was there also. Found the exact grille at a much higher price. So i called and your representative worked hard and price matched this grille for me. I was very impressed with her not giving up til she was able to match the lower price from a competitor. Shipped the grille and assembled and love it. AWESOME .

I love the size, not too big, and easy to assemble

Caught this grill on sale. Takes a little time to put it together. The screws for attaching the sideburner and side shelf are a little hard to get to, but not to bad overall. Easy to use, the igniter button is a god send.

Our old grill finally died. After lots of research we went with this one. It's everything it promised to be. Cooks great. Very satisfied.

We were very happy with this grill at the fire station, cooking seemed equal throughout :)
