I purchased this grill because it stated that it was self-cleaning, and I thought that I would not have to scrab the grates...WRONG!! The 1st picture was after the 1st auto-clean; the 2nd picture is after scrubbing multiple times with baking soda, soap & white vinegar, and yes, I soaked it overnight twice and then auto cleaned it two more times. This is as clean as I could get it. I do like the size and lay out of the grill; it's easy to use and it cooks well. However, the auto cleaning is a joke; which is the reason for the low score.

Grill looks great and cooks awesome. Burgers come out perfect. we need electric so we dont have to get a permit, and this does the trick.

Works Great, Had to have electric for patio, cooks like stove top. No flames, self clean is ok.

Have not used it much and still learning electric grilling. Has done everything I expected. Good alternative for multi-unit buildings where fire code does not allow gas or charcoal. Have not dug too far into cleaning grates, but that appears the biggest drawback.

great size for smaller patio... like using electric grill better than previous Brigettes. Great looking grill....Adds class to our patio

I purchased this grill and once installed, there were two error codes - it wouldn't heat up. Charbroil customer service indicated the control panel was bad and would ship a new one. After waiting many weeks, the packaged showed up and they only sent the housing and not the actual control panel. Called them back, they shipped another part and same issue. After this happened a third time we gave up and bought another grill. Best buy refused refund, Charbroil refuses to do anything. If you want to spend $600 on a grill that doesn't work and waste hours of time getting yanked around by customer service reps, this grill is for you!

I can only get an electric grill and this one works better than any precious ones I have had. The auto cleaning alone is worth the price.

Really are enjoying the electric grill. So easy to operate and clean!!

Easy to assemble. First grill had a defective electrical assembly. After assembling it and plugging it in, it alternately flashed error code 1 and error code 3. I called the manufacturer but they could not help and said they would call back on Monday. (They called back 3 weeks later.) I called Best Buy and the proposed to pick up the grill since I could not disassemble, rebox and return it. They also offered to have it assembled. Unfortunately that did not happen. We assembled it ourselves, but all is well and it seems to be working fine.

I really like this electric grill. It cooks as well as a propane grill without the hassle of filling tanks and carrying them to and from my car to my grill. Cleaning is a breeze with this grill, just hit the clean button. No gas grill could cook bacon like this grill, it is excellent for cooking bacon. Best Buy did a nice job with the on time delivery.
