    Easy to use and sharpens different style knifes very well. Had some older knives that were very dull and using the 3 stages I was able to bring them back to a sharp edge.

    I am very pleased with my Chef's Choice Model 120 electric knife sharpener. I've used it primarily to maintain the edge on high quality knives with great satisfaction. Permanently placed on a kitchen counter top so a quick tune-up is as easy as turning on the machine.

    Works well on kitchen knives. I purchased this for butcher knives. It sharpens them but they do not last as long as using a regular stone.
