I was surprised that it’s so easy to use and love you can control the heat temperature which is a plus. Try it and you won’t regret it

I really like that the plates can move a bit and that they are a golden color. The difference between this ceramic flat iron and my $20 metal plate flat iron is incredible. I have frizzy wavy hair. This flat iron leaves my hair shiny and almost silky. I do pass it over my hair at least twice before its really straight. I follow the temperature recommendation for my hair type that is on a small slip that comes in the packaging. This brings a little mat that you can rest the flat iron on, and store it in.

I expected it to straighten better for the price. It doesn't work much better than a cheaper flat iron.

This flat iron straightens my wavy locks nicely. The iron has a wide range of temperature settings, including a low 300 that works perfectly on my fine, thinning hair without damaging it. It heats up almost instantly, and cools down in just a few minutes. Oh, and it comes with a heat resistant pad that rolls up for easy storage. All in all, a great product for a reasonable price.

Bought for my oldest daughter....3rd Chi on the family...it will get the job done, but keep on mind that depends on your hair type...it might not be the right product for you.

I am so glad I purchased this product. I find it is much easier to fix my hair and it heats us fast. No issues so far!

This flat iron has worked very well for me. I love how fast it heats up. No more than 30 seconds and your ready to go. I like this flat iron very much. So Far So good.

Heats up fast. Like the adjustable temperature settings. Doesn't pull hair when flat ironing. The one thing I don't like is that it doesn't have an automatic shut off!!

Heats quickly and is easy to use and curl. The cord could it an ok length though I might prefer it a little longer

This is the 2nd CHI I've had the 1st one was bought at a hair salon so it was the professional kind. I can tell the difference between the 2, this one isn't as good. Before this iron I used a Croc and it was the best flat iron I've ever owned until I dropped it one too many times and one of the plates broke. A new one is $150 but I had $55 in best buy rewards and a coupon so I got this for $27 so yes it was worth that price but not worth $100. I have very curly hair so I need a great flat iron.

Last one lasted my wife for 6 years. She loves this brand.
