So impressed with the chilisleep dock pro! Setup was really easy, it came with detailed instructions or you could follow along on their app. It was a little awkward getting it on the mattress but otherwise it was extremely easy to setup. The app is great - you can set times you want it to run based on your sleep schedule, you can have multiple schedules so I have a weekday and a weekend schedule, & can also enable a feature that warms it up 30 mins prior to your wake up time - the best! I am not the best sleeper and normally wake up at least once a night really warm, this is a game changer! I wake up nice and cool and it makes it so much easier to fall back asleep. I also like that you can store it under the bed so it isn't visible.

This is one of those things you don't know you need until you have it! I have used my Dock Pro Me for almost a week now and I love it. Setup was simple with easy-to-follow instructions. It comes with a packet of cleaner to clean the unit before using which was a nice touch. The app is intuitive, and I love being able to turn on/off and adjust temperature from my phone. In the middle of summer, I can now sleep very comfortably with all my blankets without getting hot, a dream come true! In the winter, I typically freeze at night so I can see myself using a warmer temperature then. I love that you can do both! It fits snug to the mattress, and I don't feel any tubing so I barely know its there. It is quiet and fits discreetly under the bed (I have it at the foot now but may move it to the head where it would be even more hidden). This is totally worth it for an amazing night’s sleep!

I have been a fan of this companies products for almost 10 years now. I have owned the original before upgrading to this unit and I wouldn’t choose any of the alternatives. If you have problems with being hot or cold when you sleep this is the solution. My bedroom always tends to be hotter than the rest of the house which can cause the electric bill to be high trying to cool it but with this unit I am able to sleep as cold as I can stand without causing the electric bill to skyrocket. It works by circulating water through a mattress pad underneath you. The mattress pad is comfortable and you will barely notice that it is there except for sleeping at a comfortable temperature. The unit can heat or cool the water to your liking and does it quickly. There is also an app that lets you control and set up a schedule for the unit to come on and when you want the temperature to adjust through out the night. If you are having problems sleeping do to temperature look into this unit.

Love this thing!! I was a little intimidated when taking it out of the box, but the instructions are so user-friendly and setup was much smoother than I thought. I am always warm at night, but the Chilisleep was a game changer. I no longer wake up in the middle of the night tossing and turning because I am hot. Completely worth the money for the deep sleep I am getting on a regular basis now. Highly recommend!

I am usually a very hot sleeper. Would wake up the next morning drenched. With this thing set in the mid 60s- i consistently get amazing sleep and it puts me to sleep fast too!

The chilisleep has completely leveled up my nighttime routine! Right out of the box, the set up is simple and straight forward, allowing you to start using the same night you receive without any hassle. The machine is the perfect size to be pushed under your bed, and out of the way. The machine does produce a slight white noise, but won't disrupt you during the night, is it fairly soothing. Highly recommend if you run hot at night and are looking for a simple fix to stay cool all night.

This is a lovely product. My mother experiences hot flashes, and this product works so quickly, sometimes she gets cold! It's easy to use, simple to set-up, & works quickly. My one complaint may be that the design is not conclusive to staying on the bed properly. Overall, perfect gift!
