I've had my system for a couple of months now and this thing is amazing!! I had a little bit of an issue when I first got it that is a fairly common problem with the intel 13th and 14th gen cpu's where some games will just crash. I called up the CLX tech support and they helped me fix my problem quickly. (The cpu issue is not CLX fault since all testing came back with no issues and most games worked. Intel 13th and 14th gen cpu's have an issue where if games are crashing you need to undervolt the cpu. It sounds weird but there are plenty of articles talking about it. Undervolting has not impacted performance at all.) I highly recommend if you are looking for a top of the line machine this is the one to get!

I have now owned mine for a whole year and I can easily say the comments of it being broken are due to variations through shipping and not the company itself and yes of course in a world where we buy PCs some may come with their own set of issues but none the less here I am a year later with no single issue. So my review isn’t for the broken pc others have talked about. It’s about my PC I bought and it is absolutely amazing mine came with the Gigabyte Gaming OC 24G 4090 one of the quieter models of the series. It came with the I9-14900kf from intel and despite what others have said I have had no issues with mine but I also undervolted a bit with some tweaks in XTU 2.0. It came with 2 32g Viper sticks of ram and I believe patriot M.2 NVME 2TB SSD. None have failed in the total of 1 year. It came with an Enermax AIO pump and radiator with the 8 fans being swapped with GAMDIAS Aelous 2 RGB fans. It also came with the ThermalTake ToughPower 1050w A3 Snow edition. It also came with the AsRock Steel Legend WiFi z790 motherboard and 6TB HDD THIS THING ROCKS!!!! All games max with RTnPT at 1440 120-500hz no issues. 4k depending on your cpu configuration expect above 60-120fps-225 in 4k max settings RTnPT may differ results. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Packed with power.. I storage my older model sealed and got this CLX 4090 i9 from bestbuy and works like a charm best investment I have paid for technology wise.. don’t hesitate to do the same you will be happy with the results

We purchased this PC expecting an overkill rig, and that’s exactly what we got. Performance-wise, it’s an absolute beast—handling everything we throw at it effortlessly. Setup was quick and easy, making the initial experience smooth.

Top-Tier Performance – With an Intel Core i9-14900KF and an RTX 4090, this PC crushes gaming, streaming, and heavy workloads without breaking a sweat.

In my first picture you can see the pc has a broken AIO fan and two of the fans LEDs do not work. In my second photo is a pc with a dead graphics card i went to beat buy geek squad repair who told me the graphics card is dead and to exchange it again for a new one

Second, while we can attest to and guarantee the fact that prior to shipping out from our facility, each system is thoroughly tested and functioning properly, and we use VERY robust packaging (as you've seen), there are times when systems/components either only first express an issue after, or incur some level of damage (ranging from too much stress on the GPU slot, to a connection or two coming a bit loose, etc.) during, transit.
Third, it would be highly unlikely for the third system to have issue as well.
However, should that unlikely event occur, please contact our Support Team, by calling us toll-free at 855.490.2569 here at CLX. It may be something as simple as making certain a connector is still firmly in place, or a memory stick is still completely seated, etc. These and similar post-transit effects are quick and easy fixes that they can help with over the phone or through email. Incredible system. Handles everything I throw at it. Use it for gaming and for modelling, simulation, and coding. So far it is doing great for testing code locally before I submit it to a cluster. No temperature issues yet. RGB is fun, also it's white which is just so nice to look at.
Well constructed and packaged. No bloatware. Easy boot. Straightforward BIOS system.

Its amazing! CLX did an amazing job! I had seen a review that was saying that “good luck getting it” “its backordered” “they not very helpful” but Ill have to say they were very very nice! Very helpful and good at keeping me updated. Yes they did have an issue but it literally only took one week more to get here! People gotta learn how to be patient, also it does seem that they are made to order so keep that in mind, stuff always happens. Also it came with a more expensive GPU :P sooooo

On Dec 6th 2024 my house caught fire and I lost everything including my personal built PC, took years to do as I am not wealthy, it has been the thing helping push thru my depression. With that loss I was at a very low point. I bought this PC with the insurance money and it's been the closest thing I have to feeling normal again. The PC is the best I've owned and a great antidepressant. 20/10 this PC will save me time n time again ty.

The PC arrived a few days late but it's understandable. Everything was securely packed, was able to just plug and play. Only thing was XMP profile was not turned on. Mine arrived with an Asus TUF RTX 4090 so that's pretty good. I don't really like the Gigabyte motherboard that it came in with but it's alright.

Everything you would expect for the specs. The only issue I experienced was a two week delay. I called the supplier and they reassured me that it would come. Supply constraints are still a problem for high end components. Worked well out of the box. Paired it with a Samsung ultrawide OLED monitor and it truly became angamer’s dream. My son is ecstatic and can’t say enough about it. So far no negatives.

Literally the worst purchase from a company i have ever made. it didint show up till weeks and weeks after it was said to... it was broken and not registering the ram properly so i had to wait till they sent me a new box to ship it back in.. the box did not fit the graphics card that they wanted me to ship back in a seperate box with... They finally send me a new one 2 months after my purchase and it and you cant make this up is literally worse than the first one. it crashes multiple times every day and i have followed tech supports help exactly, they claimed it was software at first i kept deleting all my programs but it wouldint stop so finally i just did a re install of windows. IT DID NOTHING, i have almost no programs dowloaded and it still crashes every... single... day... I am a Video Game Develepor and require a high powered computer to continue my college, some days i cant even turn it on. And they dragged me along long enough i dont have a best buy warrenty and wont let me return it through them since i baught it at best buy. Its a complete scam company and i wouldint tell my worst enemy to purchase a mouse pad from them. AVOID AT ALL COST. company is super new and has no credibility.

Thank you for your feedback; we regret the abnormal issues which have thus far prevented you from sharing in the same positive experience enjoyed by the majority of our customers.
We are pleased that you have continued to work with our Support Team, and that it appears we have arrived at what will be a positive solution for you, and that you will have a CLX system that performs properly and as expected!
This being said and noted, we would also like to respectfully address some of the points and comments in the feedback.
With regard to fulfillment of the original order, the order was placed on a Sunday, and was processed into our systems on Monday, the next business day. The order was slightly delayed due to overall order volume, not being shipped that Thursday as was initially expected. Instead, it shipped the following Wednesday, resulting in delivery 4 days after the original estimate, for which we apologize.
After you contacted us regarding the issue encountered, and performing some general troubleshooting to try to get the system up and running in a quick fashion did not remedy the issue, it was arranged to replace the system.
Utilizing the replacement packaging and prepaid return labels we provided to you, the original system arrived back at our location on a Thursday, and the replacement was shipped the Monday immediately after. The carrier delivered the replacement system on Thursday. Unfortunately, this system too developed issues. While such an occurrence is uncommon, it is not unheard of. Regardless, we sincerely apologize, and empathize with how frustrating this was.
Because the situation is so uncommon, during troubleshooting, it was thought that it might be software related, and so suggested disabling the various third party programs that were running on startup, then re-enabling them one at a time, to see if this could help pinpoint the cause for the issue. While the results were initially promising, the issue returned within a day, leading us to provide additional support, and a solution, as mentioned earlier.
Speaking to the Best Buy returns period, we would also like to categorically state that there was no attempt to "drag along". Just as we would never ship an untested, or knowingly misfunctioning system, we never intentionally slow down the process of offering support and assistance, period.
Further, we are anything but a scam company, and neither are we a new company. At the time of this writing, we have been in the computer industry for 27 years, with the CLX division being launched more than 8 years ago. We have a solid reputation within the industry, and with our customers as a whole. This is not to say that there are never issues. Obviously, there are times when things do not go as intended, expected, or hoped. This is true of both any physical product, and any company.
When this happens, the measure of a company is their degree of dedication to standing behind their product and to customer satisfaction. Please know that we are committed to getting you a properly performing system, and making your overall experience a positive one.

Im never one to write reviews, but i think its necessary for this purchase. Ive had to return this PC twice already and i havent had it for a year. Ive had to return it within a month of having it, then 4 and a half months. Ive spent a lot of money for this PC and for it to constantly give me problems, i dont think its worth it. Please be careful if you plan on buying.
