great for vr

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i got this computer to run boneworks (a vr game) among other games. it works like a charm and ive had no problems with it. i run an oculus rift s and it is completely compatible. one thing to note is that it has 1 dvi port and 4 display ports (i didnt know this so i had to get another monitor because i use 2). there is the pealable plastic on the inside of the front glass which is annoying but i got it off with canned air and tweezers.

Excellent Desktop

Great computer, lousy keyboard.

It is a "Gamdias Hermes/E1A", it is nearly impossible to read the keys as it is background lit and the keys are not so you cannot read the characters on the keyboard as they are bathed in glare. I would grade the keyboard as a -10. I would recommend the computer but most definitely not the keyboard.

While we're glad that you're pleased with the system itself, we regret that the included keyboard was not entirely satisfactory.
It was mentioned in the feedback that the backlighting was a bit much, and causing a glare, preventing the individual keys from being read. One thing that might help, if you have not tried it already, is adjusting the brightness of the backlights.
This is easily done through the keyboard itself, and in addition to the brightness, the lighting mode can also be toggled between 'static' and 'breathing'.
Holding the Fn key, and pressing PgUp will increase the brightness, while holding Fn and pressing PgDn will decrease it. The available settings are: 100% / 70% / 50% / OFF.
To change the lighting mode, hold the Fn key and press the SCRLK key, which will switch between the aforementioned modes.

Is a good computer but...

While we appreciate that you find the system to be a good computer, we certainly understand that everyone has their own preferences for brand and appearance, when it comes to components.
As currently shipping, this configuration is using an ASRock motherboard, and ASRock brand boards have proven themselves to be not only well-performing, but also very durable and reliable over time.
As to the video card, while we use a variety of brands, we again only use those with a proven track record of performance and high quality, such as Asus, EVGA, Gigabyte, MSI, etc.

Not good

Amazing pc
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this pc for about a week now and i must admit i didnt know how i would feel about a store bought high end pc like this but its amazing i get 200+ fps on the new call of duty modern warfare with max settings at 1080p. The lighting on the fans and ram are amazing as well one thing though is that i do wish it had 2 more fans on the top of the inside of the case that would look so nice.
