No disappointment with this purchase at all! MSI brand video card, ASRock MB, and the case is so much more attractive than the photos make it out to be! I'm just installing my creative software now, but this was literally the fastest computer setup I've ever experienced. It even shipped to me early! Way to go BestBuy! this Cybertron Luxury Experience computer is AWESOME!!! I must mention the excellence in packaging! the tower even had custom inflated foam inside to support the video card and such. this computer buying experience was worth the wait! SEE PHOTOS! I love the magnetic screen on top and filter screen on the bottom to help with dust.

I got this beast of a computer when it was on sale for $2349. Runs great I've had it for almost a month and haven't run into any problems.

I picked this computer up as a replacement for my wife's old one which was starting to run slow.she does digital art and needed something with a lot of storage and more RAM. The CLX gaming computer for the bill perfectly! She's living it so far and it meets her needs as a digital artist. She loves how quietly it runs and how quickly it processes. We're only a couple of weeks in to owning the computer and really are thankful we found one that fits her needs at such a great price.

I had been making do with an I5 / 12 gig ram / 500 gig had PC for a while, and REALLY needed an upgrade. Well, this thing is that, times 1000. I haven't had it long enough to really use it to its potential, but just the start-up, load speed, and difference in gaming are insanely better. I had never been able to use the top settings on any games I played, but I sure can now. I removed 1 star for problems in ordering. I went through the Best Buy online store, ordered it, and 2 weeks later got a "We canceled your order due to problems with your credit card.". No attempt to call, notify me, or re-try the card, nothing. I went in-store the next day and ordered it, and prepaid it with ZERO problems with the card, but had to wait another 2 weeks. As I said, I would give the computer itself 10 stars, if I could.

CLX is awesome , got this item onsale , everything I wanted and needed and they use name brand parts ! called customer service for little help and CLX was very friendly ! BestBuy was awesome ! If you want a new pc for gaming and since PS5 are hard to come by ,do what i did combine the price of PC and PS5 and get awesome gaming computer ! I also bought from best buy on sale ASUS TUFgaming VG279QR and it goes awesome with this pc ! I bought my last PC in 2010 from bestbuy and that one is still going strong ! I am hope to get same from CLX ! One minor thing i wish they had option for having cpu fan rather then liquid cool ! But CLX said when if i am ready I can get CPU Fan from them and support if needed ! BestBuy and CLX wonderful team so far !

So so far is an incredible purchase. This was mostly for Microsoft Flight Simulator. For that purpose it has gone above and beyond. I play most games on an Xbox but may be looking into more PC options with this beast. It was packed beautifully to include foam protecting the video card.

This is exactly what i wanted. Using da vinci resolve 17 is a breeze now. Render times are cut in half. Very well built.

Runs games amazingly. Never lagging even when playing big title games

Great computer has lasted me over two years and just changed the case everything works great the ssd they gave me went bad.

Wet great product, absolutely happy with the turnout

I've used this thing for streaming and gaming, works like a charm. It shipped and was boxed with simple instructions to start. What I didn't know, is there is a little switch that puts the power block into a silent mode, before that the fan was very loud. But once the switch if flipped, it's nice and quite, fan will only turn on if needed to cool down. Over all, I've got no complaints.

Fast and stable computer, doesn’t struggle running programs or games, like my last computer did. I like that it has quality parts. The case looks cool with the led lights. Happy with this purchase. Tech support was excellent with CLX.

I’ve had issues with this PC twice in the small six and a half month period that I’ve owned it. From receiving a completely defective model that couldn’t even download a single game on first purchase, to now black screening for unknown reasons because Best Buy support can’t help me! Other minor issues include having purchased an RGB model and receiving one that isn’t functional with any of the softwares, and the mouse doesn’t connect on start-up. Save yourself the energy and money, don’t purchase this and don’t purchase a gaming PC from Best Buy of all places, big mistake on my part.

Overall great product. Purchased for our teenager gaming and it's been amazing. No lag on our internet either!
