    I have owned this LTD 25 for 4 years. The rear trunk mounting on my Mustang, is by Comet. I had a Browning BR-140 antenna installed, which was recommended by a truck stop CB house. He said that this antenna maintains 50 ohms and see on state police cars. He also trimmed the antenna for the new Cobra CB radio, that he sold. My trunk is double grounded with braided brass strips at the hinges. I am very happy with this Cobra CB and receiving/xmission is supurb.

    Nice radio, easy setup. Talks good for a stock radio and reception is great. I have not done anything to my radio and am getting comparable performance to a radio that has been peaked and tuned.
