Decent radar detector and dash cam. Annoying that you have to use 2 different apps and 2 different ways to connect (radar detector connects Bluetooth and dash cam connects WiFi). It would be better if they could integrate both into one app. It’s also difficult to connect. Every time I connect Bluetooth, I have to delete the profile on the app and the phone’s Bluetooth, then re-pair it.

Much needed upgrade from my previous model. The additional features including the front facing camera adds needed safety for longer trips now that it’s holiday season. One set back is the app connectivity to the device . There is some model issue with users being able to always connect to the app via Bluetooth . It’s a hit or miss . Outside of that the customizable features add for a better feel for what you are looking for.

The idea of having a radar and a dash camera in one is one that I’ve been hoping and wanting for a long time. Cobra finally able to pull it off in a sleek design. Radar works as intended. Camera works as intended. Improvement needed: updates the apps so that user can also see LIVE radar signals on the phone, not just the dash cam video.

This is a great radar detector. I bought it for my husband who loves it, It is very accurate. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars because he very often has trouble connecting to the app. Although the detector works without being connected, the app is a nice feature to have.

This is a great product it will detect before you even think about seeing law enforcement also lets you kno about speed traps

At first i wasn’t so sure about how the camera quality would me but i was wrong the camera is greater plus the radar it super good with detecting actual K bands and avoids false alarms!

My husband uses this in his semi and it’s the best thing since sliced bread. Video recording features, radius for detection great.

Android and ios application is so old that you can't even close it correctly, it's very annoying to have to open this old and slow application created like 10 years ago, it drains battery and if you don't use the app you will not have 100% of the product functionality. If you want to have lights camera and speed traps cameras, they will charge you extra annual $50. Bottom line : Annual Fee $50 for old looking app that drains battery, Internet connection not required but necessary to have full product functionality working as expected.

Recently purchased this item and I did use on the highway on my way to Atlanta about a 7 hour drive. It definitely does what it is intended for. It is a lot bigger than what I anticipated. Camera seems to work pretty good

Awesome device. I did in fact end up returning however as Escort offers a camera called the M1 and it links to your existing detectors. Its actually a better fit for my needs. This device however is flawless! I just required the directional radar detecting which this does not have. If you can live without the direction finding capability... THIS IS THE ONE FOR YOU!

Amazing, scared the crap out of me though when it started beeping at me on the highway going 80, slowed down and then saw the cop car perched behind some shrubs, not this time AST. You can turn off the "X" because that was used in older radar detectors and will most likely be a false alert for you. Many other great features in the system too! Dash camera got some wild footage on the first day I had it... oops

I've had several Escort models over the years and when I was thinking about adding an in-vehicle camera, I saw this combo from Cobra that had both a radar detector and camera and then I found out that Cobra is now part of Escort so I decided to give it a try. It was easy to setup and I've been impressed with the camera and the ability to modify the radar options. So far I really like this purchase.

Everything about the actual product is great. But the apps that it also askes you to download (that arent really necessary) are very buggy and slow response times.

This is a great way to have both devices thag can save you money and headaches in the long run. We bought this and was very pleased with it. Great video quality with wide lense angle that captures everything and gives me warning with cops nearby that are running radar. It also has a magnetic mount so you can easily take it off to video something and mount it back without a struggle The only issue with this product that we found is that it doesn't record your speed and it takes a little to download the videos to your phone through the app.

This was a Christmas gift for my husband and he was very pleased. Product was easy to install in our vehicle. I appreciate the mount was included. It works well and the dash camera is an added bonus. Excellent value, well worth the price!

I haven't owned it long but, from what I can gather...my initial thoughts are its great. The camera is of good quality and the setup itself was very easy. I just wish only one App was necessary for all features rather than two which is my only negative thought thus far. The pickup of radar / laser detection seems to be on point!

So after having this product for a couple of weeks, I will say that I think it will serve my purpose, although radar performance in all scenarios has not yet been tested. Video is OK, and likely easier to just pull the microSD and transfer the video via trying to get the app to connect and then move from the phone elsewhere, unless storing directly to the cloud. As many have said, the controls being on the front are very convenient, and manually moving through the setup menus is easy enough to follow. The round display is adequate, and works better than I expected. That said, the "binocular" design does make the product slightly larger than it probably needs to be. Detector stays surprisingly quiet in the city, and seems to give adequate warning to radar and laser guns. Some have remarked about the instant on performance, but I can't really say I've tested it enough to agree or disagree at this point. If I don't update this post with more information on that later, consider that I felt the performance was adequate. The biggest plus for this device is having the detector and dash cam integrated into one device, that was a much needed design, and I feel that alone will be what draws most people to this device, as it did for me. I also own the Escort 360 Max, and comparing the performance to that device, this one falls short of it on radar and laser detection. Directional arrows would be a nice addition to this product. If you're like me and are looking for a 2 in 1 device, and don't need more than middle of the road detector performance, this device should do the job for you. Also, know when using the i-Radar app, be sure to connect through the app controls and not just from your phone's BT connection, I've seen much better results that way. Overall, I think the convenience of the 2 in 1 device will drive me to keep this device, but if you need the best performing detector, then you should probably look at either the Uniden or Escort devices.

Seems to be well made, lots of features, and the video quality is fine. The mount works very well once you get used to it and it's easy to take down and put away. It seems to be quite sensitive, has even picked up lasers a couple of times. My biggest gripe about it is that it seems you have to use the supplied power adapter. It works, and has some features of its own, but it's something proprietary and I loath proprietary items that don't really need to be.

Great concept but needs some improvements. I have seen a lot of questions if this can be hardwired and the answer is yes it can. I have my hardwired using a fuse tap to a powered fuse. Turns on when I turn on the vehicle and off when I turn off the vehicle. Let’s start with the dash cam. Cons: It takes too long to connect when you start your vehicle. Secondly objects are further away than they appear when viewing on the phone. Third I am not sure if the camera will record app in running in the background. Lastly the camera lens does not move so you have to place the device at the angle you want it. Now for the radar detector Radar is average. The design is nice and better than other radars. I would set it to high sensitivity setting it it auto missed some crucial alerts.
