Even though this item wasn't restocked in time to claim the better price of $37.99, all 8 discs arrived in perfect condition without any problems and came complete with the DigitalHD Funimation code voucher for all 50 episodes (25 Stages of Code Geass: Lelouch Of The Rebellion, 25 Turns of Code Geass: Lelouch Of The Rebellion R2) which was perfect for me since I never got to see all the episodes when this series first aired on Adult Swim (before the current Toonami Resurrection) Be advised that the episodes are interconnected (if that's the right word to use), so if you do not want to be left confused, make sure you watch Code Geass: Lelouch Of The Rebellion first BEFORE you watch Code Geass: Lelouch Of The Rebellion R2. Also, this arrived a lot sooner than expected and came in perfect condition and exactly like it was supposed to be (meaning that it came with all 8 Blu-Rays in perfect condition and the unused DigitalHD Funimation code voucher) which is great. I repeat, if you do not want to be confused, make sure you watch Code Geass: Lelouch Of The Rebellion FIRST before you watch R2.

Easily one of my favorite anime series! This set was fantastic and since it's a difficult show to find (not usually on any streaming services) I was very happy to stumble upon the whole series in a compact set at my local Best Buy. Highly recommend checking this show out!

It’s hard to pin this series to a single genre. It’s full of amazing Mecha fights, psychological and suspense driven plot, high school hijinks, lovely anime ladies, handsome anime protagonists, and an incredibly written over-arching story.

I was not expecting to find the completed series new and on Blu-ray. It’s the perfect find!

I have been a fan of this series for a long time now. If you are in to mech anime and alternate history this is a must have.

I was looking for another new game and once again I found a good one with this one I really like it and enjoy it a lot.

I loved watching this series when it came on Toonami back when I was in college. Now I own it in 1080p!

Code geass is the best anime I saw. Best way to see a revolution

I have seen this anime many times and each time the final ending makes me cry. I find this series has a perfect ending to the war and battle for the world it takes place. Lelouch and Code Geass's great cast of characters make this anime to remember. If you have not seen this anime, please give it watch. I rate this anime a 10/10 for the world, characters and the amazing ending that will not disappoint. Blu-ray Set The set is pretty bare bones just the series and few extras. The box doesn't even have a nice cardboard slipcover over the plastic case like many previous Code Geass releases. If all you want is to own the series and not much else then this set is great deal.

So far, all discs are in working order, given a quick wash, and even if the latch on the box doesn't click properly, it is wonderful to have this series all in one place. I trust this seller. As for the content itself; The audio commentaries are mostly just coworkers having a good time together, which is nice despite not adding to the viewers understanding of the behind-the-scenes processes, and the picture dramas range from hilarious to touching, if you're already invested in these characters

this has nothing to do with Code geass _ The Anime is Great Just watch it anyway you can. be aware that before these were availble the show was hard to fine. which makes it extremely difficult to say that the handling of the blu ray case is dumb the case holds 4 holders with 2 disc on each side. i kid you not everytime i open the Blu ray case my Blu ray pop out the case, and scratch it. eevrytime you open and close it. bestbuy is also not the place to buy this since, if you receive a faulty Blu ray case they will make you pay for shipping and yada yada, no exchange or anything.

I got this for my son who is a big fan of Japanese anime. A very good series for anyone who enjoys anime, and very good art.

Political intrigue, dysfunctional family, adolescent drama, Psychic powers and MECHS!

One great movie. I am glad I saw it since I am a major collector and happy to add to my collection with great sound and picture.

I must watch anime series. Very unique plot and storyline and offers an amazing voice acting cast in both Japanese and English.

Great Story Line. Revolves around, nobility, government, revolutions, corruption, etc.

One of the best anime ever! Doesn't have subtitles which was baffling but a great show to experience. Rewatching on Blu-ray was as good as ever.
