Horrible horrible horrible service. Completly butchered the install. The team did not install it correctly and it had to be rewired completly. They diddnt even try to tune it. Blew my speakers immediatly due the the loc not being installed when they told me my vehicle was ready

HAD MY SKAR COMPONENTS INSTALLED CHAZ AND NATE DO AWESOME WORK

Connections were loose. Had to remove each door and recrimp each speaker terminal. Brandon is a crap installer. 20 hours scheduled through 4 appointments and my work is still incomplete and sloppy.

Rookie had a simple component speaker installation turned out to be a corner-cutting Fail! Tweeter fell off mounting 2 weeks later .Discovering his damage! Aparently he ended up damaging tweeter while mounting it tried to glue it !

I recently had an install that was done by Noah and Angel R of the Woodland Hills, CA location. Both were great at what they do! Let me elaborate a little on my experience. Noah helped me with the first part of the upgrade. He was great! Initially I had decided to go with only a new head unit and speakers all around. I held off on some bigger upgrades to the audio, but later decided I wanted them, and so I told Noah I was looking for more work to be done. He said he was leaving BestBuy for another job within the next couple of weeks and recommended me to Angel. Angel knows his stuff and really did an amazing job! He helped me solve a few issues that came up and gave some good suggestions as to what to do. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. I will definitely be back for anything related and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Angel or BestBuy for such installs. Thank you Angel, Noah, and BestBuy!

Mike and he’s team where great. The upgrade was a little confusing and they walked me through everything so I understood everything. Mike was awesome calls when things were coming together and scheduled as quickly as possible.

10/10 service with the technicians over at the geek squad garage! The gentleman went out of his way to clean up some wiring from a prior job someone else did when they worked on my car bringing it all together for clean wiring job and well done service everything worked as it was intended with no issues

They only forgot to hook up my wires in my door panel other then that they did a good job

Highly recommended the Geek Squad Automobile Staff is very knowledgeable on Automotive Electronics... I have a Total Tech Membership which I think is a great value if your looking to have muliti installations... I purchased a Kenwood 10.1 inch HD Double Din Stereo that Bestbuy doesn't carry from Crutchfield that George from the Otay Ranch location was happy to install thats the benefit Total Tech Members have... You can purchase a product from a other store other than Bestbuy and have them install it... George is very professional and gave me recommendations solutions & answers to all my questions... The installs were all clean and seamlessly... George even went a step further by goings above & beyond with my install by connecting my Stereo Audio System via the big 3 for those that know what the big 3 is its a must in a great hi profile car audio install system google it if you don't know it was greatly appreciated... George also connected my 4 Channel amplifier underneath my seat perfectly so its unnoticeable so thiefs won't be able to see via window but is easily accessible just by pulling the seat forward... George also connected a two 2 way 6 1/2 inch Component Speakers and 2 tweeters and crossovers which he installed in the front car doors and tweeters in dash which sound and look great no problems with my windows or switches ... Its been over 3 weeks since my installation I wanted to leave this review earlier but I was definitely enjoying my system and made sure it was all was functioning properly... Thanks again George will definitely be back to install a blind spot side view camera
