The adapter is well made and worked perfectly while in Italy. My only criticism is the size. It's very big and bulky. It takes up precious space in the suitcase. The reviews for this product were better than most of the other adapters so I ordered it. Once I saw the size I realized I probably could have used a simpler adapter. If you travel all over the world then this is the product for you.

Travelled to Dubai in November. This power adapter was easy to use and worked well with my cell phone and iPad. Price was reasonable.

This is the second one I am buying because I love the first one I bought. I live in Dubai and travel all the time as a flight attendant and this adapter has worked everywhere. I am buying a second just for travels and I use the other at home. The USB connector is so useful!

Used this adapter in Sao Miguel, Azores and worked perfectly for charging my tablet and CellPhone.

Does exactly what it says it can do! Remember, however, to use "dual voltage" appliances when possible - because this adapter does NOT convert voltage from 240 to 110. I really like how all of the pieces "nest" together; also like that it has a USB port for charging phones, etc.

Worked exactly as advertised, I didn’t have any problems with it! But if I were to make a complaint it would be to either insulate internal windings to reduce excess heat or use a heavier plastic!

Is too heavy and bulky of you are travelling to just one country. For multi countries on one trip it would make sensem
