I found this to be great to have if you just want to quickly "knock out" a few wrinkles, but its not all that. The water reservoir design is not the greatest, seems a bit cheaply made.

Better Than A Steam Buddy That's Widely Known To Leak Water Everywhere Instead Of Producing Steady Steam. This Steamer Does Not Leak Water. This Conair Steamer Has A Great Regulator Inside To CONTINUALLY Produce The Steamer Effect When You Push The Trigger. Works Great To Do The Job. A Bit Strange That There Are Only 2 Holes On The Front Face For The Steam To Come Out, 1 Hole On Each Side End On The Face Plate, Whereas There Are A Dozen Other Stamped Holes Surrounding Those Two Open Holes but without being fully punctured to let steam come out. Apparently just the 2 steam holes are enough to disperse the steam across the entire face of this handheld steamer enough for wrinkles to come out of clothing because it does work well and for the price.

I had one and used it for about a year till I left water in it for about 8 months without using it and it must have blocked up the steam holes on the inside, but that was my fault! Until then it worked great. IT IS NOT an iron or a presser. If you kind of hold the fabric taught, it will even get out the wrinlkes around the button area down the front of a dress shirt. I think that's pretty good for the money. I'm buying another one!
