It has a unique and nice design with rounded bottom that will dissolve all powder without getting stuck in corners, little container in the bottom of the shaker is plus for powder or small snacks. Shaker is heavier than a regular shaker but not an issue. there is also a measurement indicator on the side which is very good for measuring liquids/powder. leak free. Overall, this is an awesome and well designed shaker.

This couple is truly amazing. It gives me the option of bringing a extra meal in the bottom portion of the cup as well as putting powder in the cup. Breaks up the protein shake extremely well.

Very convenient compartments for protein powder and pills. However I would have rather if it was a bit thinner (my gym bag is not that big).

I bought this primarily for mixing shakes and for the gym. The look of the cup is fantastic but as others have noted, you have to be careful with the weighted shaker ball in order not to crack the polycarbonate plastic. I have a few hairline cracks that fortunately are not leaking yet.

This cup has a compartment on the bottom that you could put try nuts, protein powder anything that you want in it and it even has a little holder for vitamins. The price was awesome under $10 and I will power you buying more of them.

Most definitely the best pre-workout shaker bottle I have ever selected for my workout journey. This product is see-through and odorless. I do mostly use this as a protein shaker or a pre-workout bottle. The cap underneath has the room to store any mixture powders primarily great for workout individuals like me. The water measuring numbers on the side helps out great for the shake.

Bottle works great, says its 22oz but the bottle only marks up to 16, rest ot the oz are probably accounted for in the storage compartment on the bottom, also, its a good idea to make sure you screw the lid on correctly because sometimes it looks like its closed right but when you start shaking the bottle liquid can come flying out of the top.

What caught my eye was the bright color of the bottle. its great that it has a protein compartment when needed but also you can travel with out it. The plastic is sturdy and the cap seals perfectly. The shaker ball is great in dissolving the protein when mixed.

Good, higher quality shaker bottle. However, I may prefer stainless steel shaker balls, since the plastic ones sometimes retain a little residue after going through the dishwasher. All in all, a durable bottle that does the job.

Great shaker cup I've bought several in the past but this one has a weighted ball that helps with making sure no clumps are in your drink. Also the compartment that attaches under the cup is good for storing your protein powders or vitamins.
