CPU never gets above 55c and haven't had no issues with the product but I think it should have come with better instruction. Keep up the good work everyone.

keeps temps below 60c max. rgb works with my asus board no issues, if you like that kind. only con, at start up it gurgles. air in aios usually isn't a good thing, but temps aren't suffering.... yet will update if any other issues arise.

First one was purchased in may and failed in late October and was sent for RMA (cooler master will expect you to pay to ship it to them). Bought another one in the meantime and that one also failed after a few days. 3rd one has arrive a few days ago and has been running good for now. Let's see how long this one lasts... The ARGB software is pretty much beta right now. Every other update will break. Would recommend doing the reset button method with the ARGB controller to change the colors.

I can't for the life of me get this to drop the temps, ive tried re-seating, repasting, and even switching aio location. No matter what I do the temps idle at like 55-65c and 100% load with stock clocks (actually less than stock under clocked to 4.8 ghz instead of 5.0 ghz (not even on all cores... thats 1 core)... i9-9900k hit nearly 100c... This is worse than Corsairs 240mm aio... At first I thought oh it must be installed wrong... Well after spending several hours ensure everything is perfect it dropped 1c from 98 to 97c... everything is plugged in so its not a fan or pump not working either it's just not cooling.. Could use a 30$ air cooler and get a 30c reduction.... which to me... says something is severely wrong with this aio...

Package was beat up pretty bad when I got it but product was fine. As far as the product itself the tubes are a bit stiffer than I expected but got it to work and is working well.

I am using this to cool a Intel 7700K Chip. It keeps idle temps under 30 Celsius but under load it still hits 65 Celsius. I have great airflow in the case with a total of 7 fans including the 3 on this cooler. There are a ton of cables with all the RGB and controller it took a long time to make things fit and keep it all neat. I am a little OCD on neatness.

Great All In One Cooler, Lowered My Temps By 15 Degress, CPU Temps Would Usually Be At 70C While Playing Now Max Is 55C And Helps Keep The Rest Of My System Cool As Well With Little To No Noise.

This thing works great. My CPU Temps dropped 20 degrees. I cap at 78C, but even under load I sit around 65 C. Easy installed if you've done it before. Instructions are weird but it included brackets for all MBs. Looks great. Would buy again.

The cou cooler is quite flimsy and can easily break of you put too much pressure, be aware. Besides that great budget cooler keeps temps down around 68c on load

I bought the 360 in best buy walked out in the parking lot and read all of the bad reviews and almost walked back in and returned it. Glad I did not do that! I bought the expensive thermal paste, installed this thing and wow!!! I can run a 4500 oc on all cores and under load (prime 95) I hover at 60 C. For the 3800x this is the cooler to get. Super easy installation. Not sure what these other people are talking about on the reviews, but they're just plain wrong. It's 4 pictures with no words on the AM4 setup. If you can't manage that... well then don't build a PC lol. This thing is amazing. I'm so happy with the purchase. 3800x won't overclock if it's not kept cool. It will just throttle back without proper cooling. No matter what settings you put in the bios. I put this thing on and knocked it out of the park.. as they say I won the silicon lotto. Just needed to keep things cool the get the OC results the 3800x promises and delivers. Not to mention it looks cool:)

    Works Perfect For Me

I hesitated to purchase this cooler due to the mixed reviews. Most of the pro reviews spoke highly of the product compared to some of the reviews on the Best Buy website. Thankfully I decided to give this a try and must say that I am impressed so far. I am running the same old X58 system that I built back in 2009. Recently I upgraded to a Xeon CPU and currently have it overclocked and stable at 4.4GHz. At the same time I upgraded my graphics card to a RTX2070S as well as upgrading to all new SSD's. The system is still a beast but running at the higher clock speed created more heat than my ThermalRight Ultra 120 Extreme could handle. Prime95 showed maximum temps touching the 80 degree C. range which it just too hot for this CPU. My options were to clock it down or attempt to find more suitable cooling. I decided on the Cooler Master ML360R knowing that in the event I build a newer system I could retain this cooler and use it later in another build. Today I came home and installed the cooler in to my Cooler Master Cosmos C700P Black Edition case and spent quite a bit of time getting everything wired up and neat. After powering on the system I checked my temps and discovered my idle temperatures were only 1 degree C lower. I then fired up Prime95 and let it run for an hour. During this time my CPU never got above 67 degrees C which tells me that this cooler is doing it's job. In fact you could feel the heat coming out of the top of the case through the radiator. Score one for Cooler Master. Once satisfied with the cooling I went to configure the lighting. I'm not really big in to case lighting but if your paying for it you might as well use it. Prior to installation I updated the firmware on the controller and then plugged it all together. One downside to all of this is the amount of wire that comes in the kit. It is a good thing that I have a large case because even with cable management your going to need it. In fact this most time spent on installation was cleaning up the mess of wire. Finally I installed the software and opened it up. A few minutes of playing around and I had it doing what I wanted it to do. For you guys with motherboard RGB support you will be better off using it. Overall I like the product. Right now it is doing what I want it to do and that is keeping my system cool. Time will tell if it will last and if anything changes I will report back here.

My i7-9700k cant be overclocked because even at stock turbo speed my ML-360R lets the CPU thermal throttle.
