no easy way to learn about new features

For instance, there is something called "access denied" and a "timed back up" that makes it hard to save files and save changes.Hard to get tech support.

I tried several times. I finally had to repurchase a copy to download to my Surface Pro 3. The disc copy worked fine on my desktop.

I called and talked to manager he was very unprofessional. I would ask a question and he was very unconcerned and demeaning in his responses. My husband called him and his attitude was completely different and he again gave no help until my husband finally got to tell him that as a manager he was very unproffesional and he should offer us some choices to help us with our problem. After being told he then tells us where to call. We are still a unsatisfied customer and will not be back.

Powerful package for most Office needs, good price
