It is far better than Microsoft Office it supports Microsoft Office and since the run in I had with Microsoft over my licensing agreement for my office suite left me without the use of it even though I had the proper licensing I could not get their tech support to help me out with problems so I went and purchased this at a considerably less cost and more features I prefer this over Microsoft Office

Had been looking for a good word processing program to do letters, labels, etc., found this Corel WordPerfect Office x8 Home & Student Edition for Windows. So far it has been wonderful, haven't used all the programs that it came with, but it's good that I have it, if needed. Very happy with it and it's easy to use. Price was also another consideration when I was looking, when I bought this, it was on sale (which made it an even better deal). I also didn't want a "download"able version I wanted a cd (which it comes with). Also, with this version Windows 10 is already loaded onto this cd. You won't be disappointed with buying this product.

I was using Microsoft Windows Office XP which was giving me problems trying to open some of the newer document formats.

I've been using WordPerfect since 1986 and will use no other word processing application. Easy to use with simple keystrokes that obey your every command. The Reveal Codes feature distinguishes it from other word processors and gave me a huge "heads up" when I took a course in HTML. I could never be anything but loyal to this fabulous product.

Used wp office suite 25-30 years ago, good then, good now.

I've used Word Perfect since it was introduced in MS-DOS aeons ago. It was excellent then, and remains so under the ownership of Corel. This is an amazing, easy to use word processor with tons of features.

Great software to bad microsoft bullied them out. Much better than microsoft.

I import a lot of files from others and edit them for publication. Have been using Word Perfect since 3.1 back in 1993. Still the best program on the market. Could not do a lot of editing if it were not for reveal codes!

Overall appearance is more than acceptable; installation was easy; quality of copies high. A bit slow, though.

What a relief to find a program that does not force you to save everything to the cloud and then lose all access to it if you do not keep subscribing to it. WordPerfect Office X8 solves that problem. Though adjustment to a similar but different format for word processing is necessary, it is not difficult.

With the PC I bought, I would have been forced to buy Microsoft Office AND pay an annual leasing fee. With Word Perfect, I just paid a lower purchase price. Word Perfect has some features that Word doesn't have, and vice versa. For writing books, magazine articles, etc., Word Perfect has better features.

I had literally thousands of documents created with WP-12 on a computer with Microsoft XP. Upgraded to new computer with Microsoft 10 and couldn't read any of them. WP-X8 came to the rescue!

I am very pleased with this keyboard. Has a lot of features. I have gone through two Logitech keyboards that after a couple of months usage, the letters wear off. An individual that does not know the keyboard without looking at the keys would never be able to use the Logitech. Now with the Microsoft, I'm sure it will last for a long time to come. Much better keyboard.

I was tired of bad tactics forcing me to pay monthly for products. All you need for writing.

We have used this product for many years and we still love it. This is not like Microsoft Word. If you want that product you will not be happy with Word Perfect. Choose your word processing weapon and process with joy.

This is the most widely used transcription software. Easy to use and format.

WordPerfect is a great alternative to MS word, it works very well with Dragon Dictate, and formatting documents is easier. Quattro pro the spreadsheet is faster to use. The whole suite is a great alternative to annual subscriptions, you buy it you own it.

Tired of Microsoft's absorption of all previous developments and have used this product years ago in the past. So far I have found the programs completely functional. Slight differences may make a learning curve necessary.

Had a ton of Word Perfect stored and new monitor would only save for 30 days...purchase enabled me to continue as usual. Thanks
