This set of matched memory modules workes great in my new computer I just built. It is stated on the box 1600MHz, but when installed it was running at 1333MHz, so I had to manually set the speed from 1333MHz to 1600MHz in the CMOS, but otherwise it worked right out of the box.

I went to Fry's to upgrade my ram, well they install an additional 8 megs of ram but they did not matchup the new ram with the existing ram and after a while the system began to develop problems. I took it to the Geeks and they fixed me up and now I am running smoothly!

Definitely a noticeable difference in computer performance with these installed!

I was adding RAM to my pc and this was a quick solution of course. I have always been pleased with corsair. Never had a problem

Easy to install and was the same as the Corsair Vengeance I purchased last year so I only need to add for instead of 8gb.

The memory worked first time through. Check the settings in your BIOS to make certain that you are getting the performance spec'ed on the package

for my build the 8 gb Corsair ram 1600 performs just fine for gaming and general pc use; however, the ram modules barely fit over my cpu air cooler so it was a close call to having to exchange for low profile ram modules. The price at Best Buy was average at or slightly above online merchants. I am glad Best Buy is keeping its prices in line with them but I know ram modules have been up and down in prices this year so far. Heat dissipation is great but I wish for the same price of about $89 more merchants were offering 1866 mhz speeds for ram modules. Overall, Best Buy was a great deal and they will not hesitate to match most popular online merchant prices.

Love Corsair memory. It is plug & play and it is a reliable product. Glad Best Buy offers it for sale.

No probs. Can't go wrong with this brand. For a good basic gaming rig this worked out perfectly.
