I recently purchased the CORSAIR VENGEANCE i7400 Gaming Desktop, and it has been an incredible addition to my setup. Here's my experience so far:
Performance:
The Intel Core i5-13600KF paired with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 delivers outstanding performance. Whether I’m gaming or multitasking, the system runs smoothly without any lag. The 32GB DDR5 5600 MHz memory ensures fast load times, and I’ve been able to run AAA games at high settings without breaking a sweat.
Build Quality:
Corsair has done an excellent job with the build. The case is sleek and well-designed, with great airflow to keep temperatures in check during long gaming sessions. The pre-installed components are neatly arranged, showing the attention to detail in the assembly.
Storage:
The 1TB SSD is more than enough for my current needs, offering blazing-fast load times for games and applications. It’s a significant upgrade over traditional HDDs and even many standard SSDs.
Ease of Use:
Setup was simple, and the system was ready to go right out of the box. The pre-installed Corsair iCUE software allows for easy customization of RGB lighting and performance tuning, which is a nice touch.
Pros:
Exceptional gaming performance
Modern and minimalist design
Fast SSD storage
Great cooling and airflow
Cons:
It would have been nice to have a slightly more powerful GPU at this price point (e.g., RTX 4070), but the RTX 3070 still performs admirably.
Overall:
I highly recommend the CORSAIR VENGEANCE i7400 Gaming Desktop for gamers and creators looking for a reliable, high-performance system. It’s a great balance of power, design, and value, especially for those who want a hassle-free, pre-built gaming PC.

This computer has everything. I've thrown so many games at it. Runs it perfectly. VR works. This is the best bang for your buck and it's easily. Upgradable so in a couple years I'll pop whatever the next RTX card in here and we will be ready to go. It's got the fast ram. The motherboard looks nice overall. I'm very happy with this PC and I would definitely recommend someone else buying it

I’ve been using this desktop PC for about a month now, and I’m seriously impressed. It boots up lightning fast, runs all my games on ultra settings (thanks to the powerful GPU), and handles multitasking like a champ. I mainly use it for gaming and light video editing, and it’s been smooth sailing across the board.
The design is clean and modern, with great airflow and quiet fans—even under heavy load. I also love how upgrade-friendly the case is, giving me room to expand in the future.
If you’re looking for a reliable desktop that balances performance and design, this is it. Just make sure you have a solid monitor and peripherals to pair it with—it deserves high-quality accessories!

My husband liked this PC so much we got another! Coming from a couple of people that have little to no PC experience, this thing was basically plug and play. Setup was incredibly easy, Corsair software worked like a charm, and the outside aesthetic was beautiful right out of the box. Games run at high settings with ease, while also allowing you to do background activities like YouTube/Twitch. I’ve even tested out this computers streaming capabilities and it does the job no problem. Needless to say, I will definitely be upgrading off of this build for both our new computers.

Beast for Gaming

This gaming PC has proven to be one heck of a beast for my gaming needs. Corsair has really taken it to the next level with this build. In the past I have used some other "gaming" PCs and this one, so far, seems to be the best performing with the most thought out design amongst its competitors. I currently have the PC connected to a high performance monitor that puts out 4k with ease. The chip set of this build (Intel B760) packs a punch being paired with the RTX 3070 and outputs some of my favorite games at max settings. I am currently playing Rust on PC and have had no issue running max settings for this game. If anyone knows about this game they understand how impressive max setting equates to. My FPS has never taken a noticeable hit and the published benchmarks for this PC align to that sentiment.
In my previous PC I had always noticed that when I was sitting next to it that I would eventually break out in a sweat as the tower was pumping out some major heat. This PC has yet to give me that feeling with its 6 + build in cooling fans, even though the PC is liquid cooled. This equations has done wonders in terms of temp control.
The design of the vivid exterior shell (customizable) was one thing I was very impressed with. In other computers it requires a screwdriver to install or view any of the interior components which equated to a bit of a hassle. This unit has a "snap on" shell, thumb screws or magnetic fastening flaps for all exterior openings. This approach was a great design by Corsair for those eager PC builders to add/remove hardware in a speedy fashion.
All in all, if you are looking for a windows 11 based PC with a brawler of a build for gaming then I would recommend this unit. Pairing this with a nice monitor would help the experience but its not needed. It packs a punch and has ample storage and processing power to satisfy all of your needs in the gaming department, highly recommended!

Solid pre built! For gaming/value workstation!

TL:DR - If you aren’t into building your own systems, want to play last gen or older games at 1440p ultra, or current gen AAA games at 2k medium/low, this system is a very good option with few caveats!
Without diving into too much detail right away, this system will play anything smoothly (with the right settings of course) without too much headache dialing in the best possible experience. There are a couple small odd product selection choices, but it will serve you well for gaming, and the CPU can handle a lot more GPU if you feel the need to upgrade down the road! (more on that below)
Build/visuals - Corsair is an excellent computer part and accessory manufacturer and this system displays that for sure. The cable management is stellar, the case is great, and looks amazing with the Corsair RGB case fans. The only build issue I found was a single motherboard screw sideways, most likely cross-threaded, but not the biggest deal.
CPU - An excellent mid to top end gaming CPU in 2023, but isn’t exactly the best pairing for an RTX 3070 (more on this below). The 13600kf is a beast at single and multi core benchmarks, and excels in gaming scenarios as well. You could easily use this as a value double duty gaming and productivity workstation and not need any upgrades. For a quick comparison, I ran Cinebench R23 and Geekbench 6. This system scored a 23932 in Cinebench R23 multi and a 2615single/16269multi on Geekbench 6. This CPU can peak at 230w PL2 (extremely short burst) and then settles at PL1 which is 180w. I never saw the CPU go above 190w for a very quick moment, and during Cinebench 10 min loop it usually settles around 175-181w. I’m guessing this B760 motherboard is keeping it away from PL2, so just know that you probably have a few more percent performance available if you cool it better and mess with power settings to run maxed out for longer periods. I did see thermal throttling during Cinebench 10min run, which I dive into in the cooler section of my review. (ambient temps are usually between 19-22c in my basement, all of my wattage numbers were pulled from HWinfo reporting)
AIO/CPU Cooler - I decided to jump straight to one of my partial issues with this build since I just went over the CPU. I’m guessing it was to keep costs down, but they include an H60x 120mm liquid cooler for the 13600kf. This is not really enough for a 13600kf. Without cranking the fans, the 13600kf was hitting 85c within seconds of starting a Cinebench R23 10 minute run, and within a couple minutes was at 97c and thermal throttling according to HWinfo. I did do a run with the case fans and AIO fan set to max out quicker, which did help, but it still ended up thermal throttling a bit before the 10 minute test was done. Intel 13th gen CPU’s are extremely hot running processors, so if you are in a warmer climate or have a hot room, you may see a small degradation in performance vs my numbers. (Intel CPUs boost according to their thermal and power headroom, in this system, heat seems to be the limiting factor)
Motherboard - The motherboard in my system is the MSI PRO B760-VC WIFI. It has a good amount of ports, an open NVME slot (PCIE 4.0 that is routed to the chipset according to MSI’s manual), 4 SATA ports, a 16x slot that is wired for 4x, and 3 more 16x slots that are only wired for 1x. (one is blocked by the GPU) My main issue with the motherboard is the complete lack of VRM cooling/heatsink. I am not an expert in VRMs, the total number of phases looks adequate, but the MOS temp sensor did report a peak of 85c during all Cinebench R23 10 minute runs. These aren't terrible numbers considering, but I would not replace the 13600kf down the road with a higher end part, as it could get throttled from the lack of voltage regulation cooling. During gaming this isn’t an issue, so if you never push the CPU too hard, you shouldn’t have to worry about no VRM heatsink.
Ram, SSD - I grouped these together, as they are both good enough/adequate for a mid tier gaming rig. The ram is Corsair Vengeance 32GB of DDR5 5600 CL36. (2x16 running dual channel). It works well and is stable. The SSD is the MP600, one of the earlier PCIE 4.0 drives, but it still manages peak reads of right around 5GB/s and 4GB/s writes. Works fine for everyday use and gaming. (tested with crystal disk mark)
GPU - Now this is an odd choice for me for a new desktop released in Q2 of 2023. The 3070 is not a bad GPU by any means, it still holds its own in 90% of titles at 1440p with max/ultra settings. There are just a few newer AAA titles that need more than 8GB of VRAM, even at 1080p ultra. I personally do not play any of them, so it doesn’t affect me, just giving a heads up. In the tests I did do, the included Asus RTX 3070 Dual SI edition fared about what would be expected from a lower end 3070. The cooling is adequate, but oddly enough, either HWinfo is mis reporting power draw, or the 8pin connector is being a touch overdrawn during peak GPU loads. (3Dmark, gaming with highest/max details, hwinfo reports up to 241w total power draw to the GPU, and the PCIE slot plus 8pin should be maxing at 225w) If this is just a temporary spike, it most likely will not cause any issues, I just wanted users to be aware, as I was not seeing continuous full load power draw being much over 210-215w on average. Hot spot temps never went over 85c, which is pretty warm, but not too bad for a lower end card. GPU core temps never went over 70c.
Power Supply - Nice current gen Corsair RM750e modular gold rated unit. Should easily handle the current setup, and possibly an upgrade to a current or next gen mid tier graphics card.

Final thoughts - If I was spec'ing out this rig, I would swap the 13600KF for a 13400f, and take the savings and put it towards a 4070. Since this is the way it comes, and even with the caveats mentioned, I still recommend this system to anyone looking for a solid prebuilt in this price range. The case is big enough (and the motherboard has open slots/ports) to accept a wide range of upgrades right away, or down the road! Good job Corsair!

Not a bad system, however i got the blue screen of death 2 days after setting it up. Hardware failure, most likely CPU. I was lucky enough to be within the return period. Best Buy Geek Squad employees were great and very helpful. Also Corsair is like the only manufacturer Best buy doesn't handle warranty repairs for. You have to deal directly with Corsair. Glad i was able to return and purchased another model. But it was still a headache.

Seems redundant writing this review as it is no longer for sale. But a few things I want to say. I'm blown away from the deal I got. That I only paid $299 for this is a steal. The computer is a monster. Runs all my game at Ultra at 1440p. Smooth as butter.
But let me tell the condition this open box PC was in.
When I got home and opened up the side panel, the GPU was not attached to the PCIe slot nor screwed on to the back panel. It was just dangling from the power cable on the floor of the case. I thought oh I've got to take this back. When I looked closer at the GPU, I noticed it was a 4070, not a 3070. OF course that made me thrilled. After attaching it and powering it up, everything works thank god.. So obviously your geek squad guy had this PC to inspect and made sure it worked, noticed the original GPU didn't work, so stuck a 4070 in there because you were probably out 3070s. Now I'm thrilled I got a 4070 and not a 3070 so of course I'm not complaining on that end at all haha. The thing works and the PC rocks. The GPU alone is worth more than I paid for the whole PC.
What I am complaining about is you have a lazy geek squad employee who is too lazy to even screw on two screws or to take even the slightest bit of care attaching a GPU to a PC. If you would like help getting rid of this employee contact me and I will help you track down the inspector. Surely you don't want this person as an employee.

This was an absolute steal at around $530 open-box. The graphics card alone is about that price if you were to buy it separately.
Sure the hardware is a generation or two old, but it’s good hardware, more than capable of running any AAA game out there at 1080p.
Corsair components are used throughout, with an Asus TUF graphics card and an MSI motherboard.
RGB is customizable with Corsair’s iCue software.
I’d buy another in a heartbeat if they were still available.
Lots of room to upgrade, but it really doesn’t need it. For a modest cost, you can order a bracket from Corsair to mount the GPU vertically (which I did).

High Quality Corsair PC that is well built!

First time owning a Corsair built PC and my experience so far owning it for almost a week is been a blessing in disguise and a blast. First off upon receiving it after it had been shipped, I was presented with a rather just brown plain box, nothing to knock off any stars for but in my opinion, I believe that PC manufacturers, TV Manufacturer's, etc have been going that route more in the past few years with minimal to no artwork and just using brown boxes in general. I feel that artwork is the key to catch some ones attention, especially if the artwork and the specs on the box and a picture of the PC will garner more attraction to it and possibly a better sale.
Anyways, after opening it up, I was presented with a nice laid out unpacking instructions guide, very vital to read (it takes just a minute or less to go over) to make sure you don't mess anything up, like taking the packing foam out of inside the case, its sad to say but some rush with haste and/or think that's part of the PC and hook it up immediately and something could go wrong. After taking out the instructions guide, there is the PC, nicely foam packed/padded from anything crushing it inside the box from other boxes at the shipping warehouses. Nicely done! With power cord, a voucher for 10% off from the Corsair store and then a manual/warranty guide. By the way, this comes with a 2 year warranty which is really nice considering other PC's come with a standard 1 year warranty. Again, big thumbs up to Corsair.
After taking the PC out, I noticed right off that there was something loose inside the PC, I immediately inspected and seen that the plastic magnetic square logo piece that goes on the CPU cooler, it was just laying right on top of the video card, im assuming the shipping carrier probably tossed this box around a bit from warehouse to warehouse and it just popped off there, again, not corsairs fault, Easily able to put back on there since its magnetic! Also another thing I noticed while moving the PC around, upside down, sideways to check out the case and the features and ports, I noticed a bit of rattling inside, I thought, oh no, I hope this isn't serious, so while rattling out whatever is loose inside, I found 3 small black/silver round pieces, after taking 5 minute to lightly shake the loose pieces out, the PC wasn't making any noises with anything loose inside anymore, I inspected the pieces quickly and found that it wasn't anything important, it looked like to be pre-drilled puncture holes where the case was being made for screw holes and attachments for components to go inside the case, somehow those little pieces were not removed or did not come off the case completely. Regardless of that, nothing to knock stars off for but does cause a little bit of a scare making a customer to think perhaps something seriously broke or snapped something major inside.
Now onto the PC, upon booting up for the first time and going through the initial Windows 11 setup, it was quick at updating and upon exploring the desktop and im always bad looking for pre-installed bloatware, I was very very happy and satisfied that the only pre-installed things from Corsair was iCUE software, Corsair Diagnostics and Vengance Gaming PC shortcut link.
The first thing is the iCUE software, first time using it, I was greeted with a quick short pop up guide of what everything does and it was easy to understand and wow, the endless possibilities you can customize with each fan/rgb light, even to each individual led on each fan, you can pick any color you want. I was highly impressed with that. It even has widgets you can dock to the software to keep tabs on CPU usage, fan speeds, or whatever you may like to get the most information about how your Corsair PC is performing and choose your profile for your different moods for light colors.
- 2nd thing is the Corsair Diagnostics, I am very impressed with how thorough the diagnostic's app does, with testing every internal PC component to ensure that everything is working correctly like it should. It has a analysis, checkup and even interactive test which the interactive test can allow you to check all the keys on your keyboard to ensure they are working and even your mouse to make sure its operating correctly.
- 3rd final thing is the Vengeance Gaming PC shortcut link on the desktop. I was rather confused on why that is there, from what I seen, it seems to be a troubleshooter link that defaults for if a PC component does not test correctly in the diagnostics program, im assuming it would pull up that link but with the link on the desktop and opening the link, it shows a HTML page showing along the lines, "We are sorry your having trouble with your PC, please use our support options below to get help", that probably could of been hidden somewhere, perhaps in a support folder and then the diagnostics app can use that HTML link to pull that page up if something does go wrong but does not change my 5 stars at all on this either.
Now for the main thing about this PC, What I think about it and its gaming! The WIFI is hundred times better then the previous gaming PC I had located in the same spot where the new Corsair PC is sitting. It flies and does great with downloading games and playing online. I tested a few games out, first off, Minecraft which isn't demanding at all but it played it at full FPS without breaking a sweat, 2nd game, Back 4 Blood, again, full FPS, without breaking a sweat go on to a newer game, Elden Ring... its like im repeating myself but again, full FPS, no slowdowns, played flawlessly. The PC from all the vents, It was barely generating any heat during my play through with these games.
Connecting a headset was easy as easy can get, Its a wireless Bluetooth headset and detected within mere seconds and I was chatting with my friends with no problems.
The visuals on my monitor, were stupendous, I mean, I never noticed any screen tearing, quick second flashes from playing or even a stutter in gameplay. The equipped Asus RTX 3070 chugs these games along like its nothing.
Overall, The look, the presentation, using it, how quick it boots up and launches games with its 1TB SSD inside and the RGB lighting and how customizable it is along with the diagnostic program, I am in complete dream land and I have Corsair as one of the best gaming PC's I have ever owned. Even inside the case and then the cable management is superb and might I add, very expandable for more storage, you can throw more SSD's in here if needed and even a couple of traditional HDD's to store so much more. This thing is a power house and very quiet.
I am impressed Corsair, very very impressed with this being my first Corsair PC even with the removable vents to clean out any dust particles that get trapped by the vents. Takes a second to remove them as they are easily removable by pulling off/pulling out the vents, and blowing the vents out and popping them back in! Awesome big kudos to that!
The only little gripe I have and I mention this with some previous PC's I have owned is it would of been great to have a SSD/HDD LED light indicator next to the power button on top, or on the front or somewhere in case if the PC ever froze, I could see if the LED light is flashing to let me know if its doing something in the background or not, but I understand the last several years, many PC OEM's have opted to slowly do away with this but I feel like it needs to be a standard still as I like to occasionally look at my HDD/SSD light blinking. Also, many gaming PC's come with a keyboard and mouse, it would of been a bonus if Corsair could of included a RGB keyboard and mouse to maximize the use of the iCUE software but nothing to make a fuss over, just a suggestion which I hope they do in future PC releases.
Overall, if you are looking for a gaming PC, I would highly recommend getting a Corsair PC, because of their 2 year warranty, how easy it is to upgrade any parts inside if desired, the easy cleaning, the quietness and the many customizations you can do with the RGB lights with the iCUE software.

This PC is capable of running the latest games at high settings and resolutions. It should also be able to handle demanding tasks such as video editing and 3D rendering.
The Vengeance i7400 comes with a liquid CPU cooler and six SP RGB ELITE fans, which should keep it running cool even under heavy load. It also has a clean and stylish design with a tempered glass side panel that allows you to see the internals.
Overall, the CORSAIR - VENGEANCE i7400 Gaming Desktop is a great choice for gamers and other power users who demand the best possible performance.
