The pros: it does a good job of cooking, and it's very easy to use. The cons: you are supposed to clean the oven and accessories after *every* use; stuff sticks to the alleged nonstick interior; cleanup is difficult, time-consuming, and ultimately ineffective; and only the food tray (which I don't use) is dishwasher safe. One of the main reasons I bought this was the nonstick interior. Stuff has been sticking to the inside of the oven and is impossible to get off. After I realized that I was supposed to be cleaning it after every use, I spent hours with baking-soda paste trying to get stuff off the top of the interior. I had to settle for a smooth-feeling but still discolored (brown to black) surface. The back wall, which was the surface that I thought I'd successfully managed to keep clean, has now started to get spots on it that don't come off with the cleaning that I do after every use. My idea of cleaning a nonstick surface involves wiping it down with a damp cloth, maybe with a soapy cloth if it's sticky or greasy. I recently broiled fish in this toaster oven. When I went to clean it with a damp cloth, I could feel all kinds of stuff stuck to the surface that didn't come off at all. I went for the baking-soda paste again, and that at least transferred a lot of brown color to the cloth. This is absolutely *not* my definition of nonstick, and it makes me avoid high-temperature cooking methods that tend to cause splattering. So I'm not using many of the functions this oven offers. And I'm not happy about having to hand-wash the accessories, including the racks. It's also a disincentive for air-frying, because of having to hand-wash the fry basket. So I've been using my own dishwasher-safe pans for anything other than toasting. Trying to clean this fancy toaster oven is such a pain (and so futile) that I mainly use it for making toast. It makes excellent toast, but I didn't need to spend $200 for a toaster.

I love this thing I can bake air fry make a cake warm up my dinner. This thing is fantastic.

I love it. I researched this product before I bought it. we have not used the stove as much since we got it. Even my wife likes it. she loves how quick and crispy the baby's tenders come out.

Nice oven... The controls are a little weird, but it's very sturdy and cooks well. It's great to have a light inside, and it's got a lot of room inside for a countertop unit.

Works great with fast delivery. Easy set up. Saves using the larger ovens.

So we've had this almost 2 months now. I always like to save my reviews till after I've used something for awhile. I have to say this product is as advertised. It has done everything we've asked of it and done it well. Air fry, bake, roast, make pizza. Excellent product. You won't be sorry if you get it.

Well just received it today. Going over the literature alone I am 100% disappointed. Highly thinking of returning it. For one, it IS NOT an air-fryer in the least. It has convection, a toaster oven with a fan. That's it. The nice sized recipe book has just 2 air fryer recipes. If you are looking for a oven air fryer this IS NOT it. Apparently YOU CAN NOT turn this thing off. It even comes with a "tips pamphlet" that says to UNPLUG OVEN TO SAVE ENERGY. Seriously? When you are not using it this "powerful device" is drawing electricity! Who in their right mind will be unplugging this after each use to lower you utility bill? It looks nice, descent size but I expected more for the price.
