Has a lot of great features for the price. Very quiet operating. Some features include the UV light, warm mist, ionizer, humidity output control. Tank is a decent size and can last for a day or more at the right settings.

Very difficult to reach and clean the nook and corner of the water tank. Mold grows in these nooks. I wish they attach small parts on the tank with plastic threads so that I could remove them and clean. But instead they are plastic welded or glued to the water tank, and hence not possible to remove them to clean. Other wise, all features and way it looks are all good.

The instructions are a little vague. The display panel on the unit is very confusing. The remote does not always connect. The only reason i bought this unit is the UV light.

What a great product. Works perfect to my needs. Use it every. Cold mist in summer. Warm mist in winter nice. Also the spot where u can put essential oils to make it smell good or even have a relaxing sense is a perfect touch. I been recommending this to all friend and family if they looking for a humidifier. The light feature is cool as a night light for the room

Great humidifierwith a lot of features and a good size tank and it's easy to clean It does the job. We liked it so much we purchased 3 of them.

The humidifier works great. Easy to set up nd use. I'm however a little ticked off that I paid $33.00 to have it delivered by Wednesday rather than wait til Friday because I really needed it asap and it arrived on Friday anyway and no buddy has contacted me to return the money. Very disappointed in Best Buy.

If you need a good ,quiet unit buy this one. Gladly got rid of my vornado with the pads that always dry out and need a lot of attention. The remote is also a nice feature.

The product itself is great, worked wonders. I use a cpap, but Arizona being as dry as it is left the Mrs' struggling some nights. Unfortunately, the device failed despite only being filled with distilled water (which I have to use myself so it worked out) just a few months into use. Multiple outlets, checked for a break fuse, none present. Out of return policy so I am left with this until I can fix it myself. Just make sure you get that warranty if you purchase this device.

Very quiet and easy to fill up and clean out. Night light a bonus.

This product had issues from the start. I've had water pour out of the bottom and all over my carpet after leaving it on for a few hours. I've had random EF error messages. Then, it stopped working altogether. Crane support was responsive at first, but after filling out their warranty form, they ghosted me. Worse, they asked me to physically cut the power chord and take a picture, so I'm not even sure that Best Buy Protection that I have with Total would apply here. Do not buy this, or anything else, made by Crane. Absolute trash.

Really dumps out the steam man. Always turn it on about an hour before i go to bed and by the tike im ready to settle in the rooms perfect.

Puts moisture in the air, probably more than you're used to compared to a standard warm mist vaporizer. BUT. This device is overly complicated, hard to clean, too many nooks and crannies, must be elevated 2 feet off the floor and a towel can't be used under it. The sensor which appears to be in the plug, is not that accurate, it says the room is warmer than it is, and also overcompensates for moisture, so if you want 40%, you have to set to 30%. This can be a problem because it could run and run and make your room too wet. Also the warm mist isn't that warm. Barely room temperature. It also loses what it's set to easily so you wind up pushing buttons a dozen times to cycle through to see where you are.

Continuing use of the model will definitely get mold buildup and hard to clean out but possible. It’s super tough on cold dry air but great for your nose.

We never knew the benefits of a humidifier until this purchase. It is in our bedroom and has helped us sleep so much more peacefully, well, ME anyway because she doesn't snore so much anymore.

Buttons barely work. Has error codes on the first day. Will be returning immediately after purchasing
