Turning up the volume all the way cause the record player move a little causing the vinyl to kind of scratch.

I plan on trying some powered external speakers with it. It comes with a ceramic needle with no replacements. Records skip a bit at points, but I'm not sure if that's due to the record or the player. I ordered diamond tip stylus needles, so hopefully the will help. I will try to update once I have replaced the needle and tried external speakers if I can. TLDR: Bad speakers, skipping record, you get what you pay for?

It skipped on nearly every record I played on it. At least 20 records. Most of which were brand new and played for the first time on this player. I just recently bought the Crowley Ridgemont player(also on Best Buy) and it plays all the same records without a single skip, so it was definitely the player. I would recommend spending the extra money for a product you will enjoy.

You can play they the player or they blue tooth. The player is definitely retro sound. Bluetooth is much more clear. Great item ! Super fun to carry around too. Sound is Not up to the big receivers, but, this dies quite nicely. Worth the price. Lots of fun and memories!
