    In theory, this is a cool toaster…. Except ALL of thr heating elements on the left side dont work. I was trying to heat a single slice of toast on the left side and it took me toasting it 3 times to realize that, in fact, i didnt have it on the wrong setting, but none of the elements on that side worked. On top of that, i toasted a slice of white bread on shade 5 and it’s pretty uneven.

    After 2 weeks it stopped working and now it only toasts one side of the toast. I am going to return it, is a bummer because when it works the toast is good

    This toaster is the best I ever used. I love all the features. Well worth the price. I haven't had any problems at all. Toasts perfectly. I would definitely buy again.

    Works well, hated the push lever operation of other models so moved to an automated mechanical system I’ve been using for a few weeks and it provides a nice consistent toasting needs about a 7 for a good sourdough to get crisp otherwise really convenient

    Delivers what it is suppose to do. Nice steel look, lots of options, works great with right settings selected. Very happy with the value I get with the price paid.
