I had to pay to exchange damaged item
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We baught these on sale online. When they were delivered the box had significant damage. After the christmas rush I went in the store to have the issue corrected and was asked if i wanted to return or exchange and I opted for exchange. What appeared to be a manager asked if i had purchased during a sale "which I had" and then stated the retail price was $350 and that I may have to pay the difference to exchange the pans. I looked at her funny and she then said ow never mind its still on sale so you will only pay the difference in taxes. I looked and said although this is a small amount to pay this is the first time I have had to pay to exchange a damaged item and her response was there is nothing I can do thats the tax difference. The tax difference was a small amount but the problem was I had already payed for the item and due to no falut of mine spend my time and gas and more money to get the item i had previously purchased.
