First order received had a busted lid. Customer service was very easy to work with - I had a new one very quickly. Make sure to check the measurements - this was actually much larger than I was expecting. Pleasant surprise to me. Very well made, seems durable. I recommend.

My first stainless steel skillet. I'm pretty pleased with it. Still prefer my cast iron but this is easier to clean.

Extremely disappointed. Very first use, making a coq au vin, and after simmering for one hour, the glass lid exploded. Ruined the meal. A sauce pan without a lid is pretty useless. Evidently had untempered glass in the lid.
