I spent hours online going from site to site looking for all of the best components to build a "mid-level" gaming computer. After all was said and done I was looking at spending around 800 dollars which didn't include the operating system.
I stumbled upon this computer for right at 800 dollars on display in the store and ran a benchmark test. It got high marks, and I saw that it had arguably both the best value based on performance CPU and GPU on the market today, which was the two main components that I had decided to buy when I was still thinking of building my own PC.
I ultimately decided to buy this PC and have been extremely happy with my purchase. I love that it is easy access, with a tempered glass side panel that you can take off with just your fingers. Upgrades to this machine in the future will be very easy, even for beginners. Technically this is a "mid-tier" PC build, but I honestly don't know what else most people could ever need.
I run basically every game I have tried, MMO's, FPS, etc. etc. at or way above 60 fps with ease on the highest graphics settings. This PC also handles Oculus Rift very well if you're thinking of journeying into the world of VR. The only thing this PC can't seem to handle is 2700p and above VR videos. It will play them but the FPS is so low that it ruins the experience. THAT is perfectly fine though, as 2160 (aka 4k) VR videos are very smooth and TBH that is more than good enough.
As I said, the results of this PC as it ships are outstanding. However, I personally upgraded the RAM to 2x8 Corsair Vengeance 3.0GHz and also added a Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500 GB NVMe SSD. Neither one of those were necessary right now but they were $240.00 for both and I was gonna upgrade eventually anyways so figured it'd be a good investment for the future of this PC.
I have included an image of the Benchmark tests for this PC with the RAM and SSD upgrade mentioned. As you can see, this PC is definitely a great machine and unless you are a world class competitive gamer there isn't much to complain about.
Note: This comes with WiFi antenna that need to be screwed on to the ports in the back or it will not be able to establish a consistent connection if it can even connect at all.

Good price for all the specs you are getting. All the games I played so far can be ran at High-Ultra settings.
For Example:
Apex Legends (Maxed) - 150 fps
Fortnite (Maxed) - 150 fps
CS:GO (Maxed) - 300 fps
Minecraft (Maxed) - 500 fps
w/ Shaders - 130 fps

I usually like to buy all the parts and put a gaming PC together myself, but after seeing the parts in this setup at the price it was on sale for ($799) it didn't make sense to build it myself. I priced out all the parts beforehand, and Cyberpower puts theirs together for $100 (or more) less than what I could DIY it for.
Even thought this computer comes to you all put together, Cyberpower PC includes all the instructions on how to take apart, reconnect, and upgrade different parts. The case and is heavy duty (glass, metal, and plastic) and looks and feels quality. The inside is super clean with all cables hidden away. The case is even ready for liquid cooling if you want to upgrade to that!
I just bought this, so I'm reserving the last star until after I've had some time to really use the machine. The 4 stars is for the quality, price, and ease of unboxing and starting everything up.

It’s a good starting point at a good price point. Personally I upgraded the ram, added a larger ssd, added case fans, and water cooled the cpu. At a minimum I would add thermal paste to the stock cooler if you don’t want to replace it. I would recommend replacing the stock cooler, and ram upgrade if you plan on playing AAA title games.

I've always been a console gamer. Always wanted to capture and edit my games and even stream as well as play some pc games. This PC is perfect. I can stream, game, use YouTube, twitch all at the same time and my pc usage doesn't exceed 25%. All games on high settings. To be honest, pc gamers always talk big about PC, and I now understand why. It's definitely superior, although you don't have to spend 1500 plus on a good setup. This PC is a great starter if not midrange. And theres tons of room for upgrades and additions. This setup was under 1500.

I got this PC on the Black Friday sale 3 weeks ago. The PC is fine when it's running, but not without an issue. When I turn on the PC from shutdown the display has no signal and the PC seems to freeze up. Now you need to hook up display port/HDMI to the graphics card itself (no integrated graphics on motherboard), which is what I do, but I feel maybe there is an issue with the Graphics card when booting the PC from shutdown. This happened just 2 hours of getting the PC the same day after a windows update and restart. All drivers are current and up to date. I can get it to work by unplugging the system, waiting 30 sec, then plugging it in, turn the PC on and starting up the monitor all at once. It's pretty consistent starting it up like that. I can also just start it up fine using my HDTV via HDMI so that works. Im also able to startup from sleep just fine so that's good. I may just never turn it off!? Since I have this issue I can't give it 5 stars esp for the price it currently is. Just makes it feel unstable. Luckily I got mine on Black Friday. After I get it to run it runs soooo good and I'm very happy with it. I plan on keeping it and continuing upgrades in future.
Here's the main specs for any of you curious of what I got and what I believe most get:
Ryzen 5 2600 CPU
MSI B450m Bazooka motherboard
ADATA XPG 8gb 2400MHz RAM x1
WD SSD 240gb/ Toshiba 2TB HDD
XFX RX580 4GB Graphics card
Phanteks Eclipse P350x Case
450w PSU (EVGA) I believe.
Runs my games pretty well on ultra for just about all games I've tried with a 144htz monitor w/freesync. All games I've played are usually at 144fps ie: overwatch, rocket league, BF1, Fortnite, csgo, ff14. It'll vary at times usually hitting above 100fps .
As for me I just upgraded the RAM with RGB 16GB total (RGB works fine) and able to overclock it using xmp in the bios/uefi to get it up to 3200MHz easy. It gets loud when doing so though so just keep that in mind because it'll work harder, but nothing alarming. I turned off xmp just because it ran pretty well without overclock so the RAM it comes with is fine. Just wish there was 2 4gb sticks than 1 8gb Ram stick.
2 fans are included: 1 RGB on top back, 1 non RGB bottom front. Ryzen 5 2600 CPU comes with stock cooler. Case can have up to 5 120-140mm fans total (2 front, 2top, 1 back). Motherboard has 2 system fan 4 pins so having 5 fans controlled by the MB is possible with splitters. I prob won't put RGB fans in the front because the front of the case just blocks the view. The top would be a good option. It doesn't look too spacious at the top, but I'm sure it can work.
The temp of the CPU usually is 50-60 celcius and GPU is usually 60-74 celcius while gaming...decent. I added a fan in the front for a little boost. It's about 39C when idle. Some have commented on PSU being too small and I think a bigger PSU would be a good upgrade. I don't think this uses more than 300w.
So in conclusion if the PC runs great when you get it you'll be very very happy with the purchase. I think most people here have had a positive experience. I have had a good one as well for the most part. I do have the issue with starting up. This PC build is almost exactly what I wanted to try and build and for the price I got it for it would've been nearly the same if I built it. This is a system best for 1080p gaming. Despite my 1 issue, I've gotten attached and love it haha. Hopefully if I treat it well it'll treat me well.

Setting it up out of the box was really easy. However the power cable is really short, maybe 3 feet. The added keyboard and mouse are okay, very average. However the computer ate the usb plug in for my cheap wireless mouse, breaking it, and their keyboard had a longer cord then my keyboard, so I am using both the keyboard and mouse they include. They keyboard kinda does suck and the space bar sounds awful like it might be broken or close to breaking.
When on the system is quiet and is just so fast. On my laptop it always took 30-45 seconds for Steam to open, and this pc opens it almost instantly.
Plays Minecraft at an average of 110 fps on high settings and 16 chunks loaded. While playing Cities Skylines, it gets a little louder and the side of the glass next to the graphics card gets warm, but nothing concerning.
All in all, if you are an average person who wants to game from time to time, this thing kicks butt

So far I have had a great experience with my cyberpower pc. I was a little skeptical at first of buying a pre built pc. When I saw this deal pop up I thought I didn't have much to lose. You can play most games out there on medium settings and smooth gameplay. I play cs go competitively and this has been a great PC for that. I get 300 fps in game consistently. I wish it had better power supply and was a little worried when I found mine had a gigabyte motherboard. It is a pretty good one from gigabyte but I thought originally it had a msi motherboard. For reference the motherboard I got was GA-AX370M-DS3H. I haven't had any issues and I really like the upgradability of the system. I'll probably change the graphics card one day and upgrade the RAM.

First off the Best buy staff were fantastic. They answered any questions I had and gave their recommendations.
Packaging was solid although I received a box that was on the outside edge of the pallet due to the strap indentation left on the bottom.
Inside everything was fine. Plenty of packaging and cushioning to keep everything tight.
This comes with a keyboard and mouse which are actually quite ok.
The unit comes with a tempered glass side and gorgeous RGB light setup. it's pretty to look at and QUIET. You can barely hear it running.
Once setup, Windows took approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and I was ready to go. Have tested out a few games which are set to HIGH graphic settings and it doesn't disappoint.
It's a great system to be able to get into current popular games like PUBG, BF5 (min settings) and even Resident Evil 2 (March 2019).
You can add another stick of memory if you like in the future.
Very impressed and would definitely buy another unit in the future.

Bought this for some gaming and cad use. After 2 months it still works great. Most games i have the graphics set to biggest quality and have had no problems at running anything 60fps. The only thing I'm going to do is add more ram for cad work. The pc handles itself well already but isn't specifically designed with cad in mind.

I am a software engineer who enjoys working with hardware and software. I am not a video gamer but my 13 year old son is. He loves his PS4 and many games. I just got this computer for him and he LOVES it!!! I checked the specs and for the price is a pretty good computer, it comes also with free games.
I also including the review from my son: "I purchased a CyberPower PC to play a whole variety of games. I would recommend this PC for many reasons. It is a really fast PC and gives good FPS in games. It is very easy to setup and is perfect for a kid. I think you should buy this PC for a good price and good quality"

I got this Cyberpower pc on a Black Friday special for the price of $699. Took it out the box, connected the wires and wow what an amazing fast start up. “No Bloat ware”. Connected it to an Asus 144hz screen and my kid enjoys every minute of it. He claims Fortnite runs smooth as well as other games. Bottom line, and in my opinion..... I would gladly have no problem paying $1000 for this computer. Sleek look, fast, and great customer service from cyber power. You will not be disappointed.

This PC is a great pre-built for anyone making the switch from console to PC gaming. With a decent price point, you get great value with mid to high end specs that can run games like GTA-V, Destiny 2, and Counter-Strike Global Offensive (Of course).
I would recommend this system for anyone who wants to start getting into PC gaming and isn't comfortable with building one from scratch. I would also recommend you upgrade this PC with after market parts so you can get familiar with how PC's are built in case you want to build one for the future.
