Loved all the specs and performance of this PC. Unfortunately there was cooling issues (moisture inside of PC) and the CPU was hitting high temperatures on Starfield and Fifa 23. Also was hitting max temperatures during CPU benchmarks. Have to return this and might order the same one again. We’ll see how it does next time..

The speed and power of this system is impressive. It will run any complex game with ease that I've tried. However...after using this PC for 2 days, I've identified a couple problems with my particular tower. The RGB lights are quite glitchy and doesn't respond to its native settings application. This seems to be a CyberPowerPC issue that I dealt with on my last one. I also see this complaint in other reviews along all models. Also on day one, one of the USB 3.0 ports completely stopped working. It worked for half a day then quit. I still decided to give this system four stars since the problems are minor, and I'm confident I can repair it myself. Also, the price of such a powerful PC is excellent in comparison to other brands out there.

I've only had my desktop for 24 hours but set up was simple, it runs quiet and fast, and it meets all of my needs, so far. And, it's absolutely beautiful to look at. I had looked at other systems of comparable specs and the cost for this machine was considerably lower. I have no complaints about this system, well worth the cost! My one complaint is with Best Buy. After being given a date for the desktop to arrive, it came late. Only 1 day, which isn't too bad, but I wasted a day waiting for the computer to arrive.

This is the best Gaming PC I've ever seen to that price... Never get hot, it's really fast and fill all my work as expected, for precision I'm a game dev and this PC is one of the best, if it's not the best on the market... I recommend it, you'll not be disappoint

By far one of the best pcs I've owned. It runs super smooth and the graphics are phenomenal. So far I've had no issues and I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to play games that take up a lot of space.

Great improvement over my old PC. Easy to setup and set working. I should have upgraded my PC sooner. It is nice and quiet when running.

I've had it only a few weeks, so keep this in mind. The setup was easy. I'm a visual person, though, and the diagram of the internal setup was generic and not the same as my purchase, so I had to google my setup because I didn't realize the SSD was not directly visible. I run all my best games on it and the beast hardly breaks a sweat. The fans purr in the background. The i9 cpu can handle whatever I throw at it. The only negative is that with all the tempered glass, it weighs a ton.

I got this PC recently and I can say its been one of the best PC's I've ever had, Its performance... AWESOME, I tested it on several games (fortnite, R6, PUBG and overwatch), I could say it's been my best purchase so far.

I'm very satisfied with my CYBERPOWER PC - Gamer Supreme Gaming Desktop. (Intel Core i9-32GB-NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070-2TB SSD-Black). It's a slick beauty to look at. The system is quite as well. I look forward to taking a few games out for a spin. The CYBERPOWER PC packaging was excellent, and their setup instructions were user friendly and simple. The mouse and keyboard that were included are of good quality and material. The process of registering this product was not so simple and I still have not been able to complete it nor have I been able to initiate obtaining the free mouse pad. I bought mine through BestBuy who had to deliver it to the store. The notification and pick-up process was smooth. The staff were friendly as well. The young lady suggested the Special Best Buy membership, that saved me on the 2 year warranty cost. I could cancel this membership after a year and save more money. So far, I think the quality of the build by CyberPowerPC looks pretty strong and I don't think I'll be having many problems with their product. I'll come back here and modify my rating if I do encounter any significant problems.

I have owned this pc for about two months, so far this pc has been a powerhouse! The pc is very easy to setup. All the parts used for the build are legitimate high end parts, not just some cheap lookalike. It runs every competitive game I play at 240 fps consistently and without taxing my gpu and cpu. For the single player/ campaign games I can run anywhere from 120-240 fps with spectacular graphics (depending on how i set my graphics and frames). Everyones numbers and graphics will vary depending on your monitor or how you prefer your graphics and frames. The noise level is a solid 7/10, i mean there are 6 fans, but it’s hardly noticeable if i am wearing a headset or playing audio through my speakers. This pc is very capable of a lot of high demand gaming and streaming. I would definitely recommend this is you if don’t feel like building a pc or you’re looking for a pc with good parts at a good price. *SIDE NOTE* I ordered it for in store pick up and it came in shattered and damaged. They ordered another and this one came in perfectly fine.

This thing is a beast and great for school work. I can run all my games pretty much on ultra settings. Great computer. I don’t like the case or the fact that they put the tempered glass sticker on the glass much rather have it on the plastic so you don’t get weird adhesive residue on your computer.

Some people said it dosent come with a type c port, It does. It says only 1 hdmi port but there are 2. The pc case is somewhat large but nothing too crazy. I have mine sitting on top of my desk next to my monitor, No cooling problems so far. ( Ran gta 5 with mods while running a benchmark and 20 tabs open ) Fans will randomly yell at me when i do something ( quickly speed up for a second to help cool ) This is my first cyber power PC and i do recommend it.
