PC is top notch, absolutely worth the price point. Would be a 5 star review although one of the fans upon turning the machine on for the first was making noise compared to the others. Contacted Cyberpower and the believe the fan has a bad bearing and is sending me another to replace. Additionally the computer has been running terrific with the exception of it crashing mid game multiple times to the point on day 2. This could be user error however and I'm double checking that I've installed the latest drivers etc. before considering a return. With that said, this pc running at full capacity w/o issue is a beast and still highly recommend.

This turned out to be a fantastic purchase for me! Because of the current shortage of graphics cards due to the crypto-craze, the only somewhat sensible way to get a gpu for a gamer is to buy a system now. You can easily spend $1k or more by finding just the GPU from resellers. With a little more $ you can get a brand new system and feel as if it's actually worth the money you spend. So when you purchase one of these pre-built systems, you unfortunately do not know the exact brand you are getting regarding the make/model of motherboard, RAM, power supply and GPU. The RAM, power supply and GPU will definitely be the specified general spec though. I think I lucked out based on all the pics I'm seeing of the same rigs by all the positive reviewers out there.... I received the msi VENTUS 3x OC version of the 3060ti which I'm extremely happy with!!! PC worked with out a hitch out of the box... and for what it is worth, this is my 3rd CyberPower PC purchase in 10 years. This is the first one that I bought from a retailer, both previous ones were bought directly and ordered to spec. I have only had great things to say about CyberPower PC.

If you're reading this you're either waiting for yours to arrive or you're hoping it comes back in stock soon. You already know GPU shortages, especially Nvidia 30 series, are prohibiting you from building your own pc for a reasonable price. I also was not hoping to buy a pre-built and wanted to build my own PC with a 30 series card from scratch. Well, given the current pc hardware situation, this pc is pretty darn good. I ran a benchmark as soon as I updated all of my drivers and you can see for yourself how well it did. In case you're wondering what the motherboard and power supply are, the PSU is an Apevia 600W Gold 80 Plus and the motherboard can be seen in the benchmark test. Overall, there's simply no way of building your own PC that runs as well as this does for the price. Definitely worth snagging if you have the chance. Especially if it comes in stock around your birthday in which Best Buy offers a 10% off coupon.

This prebuilt came with most of what I needed (I swapped out a couple parts). Only issues I had were with shipping and upgrading a part. The box must've been dropped because the rear of the case was dented (bottom left of the picture, a couple inches closer and the GPU would've been damaged). As for the part, I upgraded the motherboard. It didnt occur to me that the windows product key is tied to the prebuilt motherboard (I'm used to the old way where the sticker was somewhere on the machine). Otherwise, this PC is a steal. Hopefully you have no reason to reach out to CyberPowerPC directly as they havent answered the phone for me yet.

The CyberPowerPC is truly a beautiful sight to behold! I have been familiar with CyberPowerPC way back in 2007-2008 when I had first purchased from them. They were always cutting edge in terms of truly allowing you to customize computers. Although this computer wasn't customizable it gives you a taste of what they are all about. While I thought not all of their components were top notch, I would say the majority was very decent. Pros 1) They used 120mm fans and had 4of them (including the fan cooling the CPU), not just the usual 2 that Dell provides or 3 that some other computers use. 2) Furthermore, the fans are surprisingly quite and had LED lighting which can be controlled with a remote! 3) The full sized tower has ample room and I see lots of ventilation to prevent burnout of the individual components. 4) I love the look of the case and tempered glass. 5) For a gaming computer with an Intel i7, 16GB Ram and 3060 Ti, it was a steal at $1,440 (w/ tax). Cons 1) About the cheapest mouse and keyboard you can find. 2) Seems very finnicky and can restart and just have issues here and there especially if you are mining cryptocurrency. You don't even have to tune the graphics cards either. 3) While the fans are great, I think they must be one of the greatest contributors to the high power usage. I have a watt reader and I see when I mine, when I set power to 60% usage, it draws a combined 280watts. However, the GPU itself only draws approximately 140watts. Therefore the rest of the computer draws 140-150. However, I have multiple MSI computers with 3080 GPUs and mine and I have them set to 80% power usage and the total watt usage is only 285 with the 3080 using around 190-200 watts meaning the rest of the computer uses only 85 watts! 4) I don't like the installation of some randomware such as McAfee or Norton Antivirus because it just slows down the computer and really doesn't add value. Conclusion Overall an extremely beautiful computer that can be used to game or mine cryptocurrency for a very attractive price.

An excellent deal for a gaming PC nowadays. Due to graphics card shortage, I had to buy a prebuilt, and this PC along with another CyberPowerPC were great deals. I've taken 1 star off due to the fan configuration in the PC. For some unknown reason, all the fans were exhaust, which is not good for cooling. I switched the two side fans to intake to get fresh, cool air into the computer. I'm planning to add a new CPU cooler (NH-D15S) and an extra exhaust fan down the line. The temps currently run cool, but I want that extra insurance. CPU never goes over 90C and idles around 35 - 40C. Graphics card temps are perfectly fine. All in all, a really great PC deal.

I just started using this PC today and so far it's been great! (I'll update if anything goes wrong later). I think it's a great price for the specs. Gaming has been smooth! I added 3 RGB fans on the top of the case for extra airflow though. I also included a benchmark test for anyone waiting for theirs or looking to buy when it's been in stock!

The computer is great-- when it works. However, since I got the computer 1 month ago. I've gotten the blue screen of death 4 times. I don't know what the cause is. Each time I get the BSOD, it'll boot into BIOS, but not recognize the SSD where the OS is located. It's like it's been disconnected or something. Exiting BIOS, won't solve the issue-- it'll keep looping, repeating that there is "No Media Present", and load back into BIOS again. Only hard restarting the computer solves the issue and gets the computer loading again. The problem is, I never know when the BSOD will hit. I was working on an excel spreadsheet and BAM-- BSOD (seriously? from a spreadsheet??). I HATE knowing that I spent $1400 on a brand new computer, and I can't enjoy it without the fear of BSOD in the back of my mind. I'm already past the Best Buy return period and Cyberpower customer service is non-existant. The previous computer I used was a Dell, and it lasted me from 2011 until now (it still works fine, but no longer handles current gen games). This replacement didn't even last me a month, and I'm already thinking about replacing it. I saw the poor reviews, I heard about the horrendous customer service from CyberPower, and I naively thought "this won't happen to me". Well, it did. Don't make the same mistake I did.

PC shipped 2 days after purchase. Well attractive price, especially considering RTX 3000 prices/stock right now. Runs everything I play at high framerates. Minimal bloatware, which is a big-up. No complications at the time of writing, so I'm pretty happy with the purchase.

Great computer, handles games like a charm. 3D loads fast, VR is amazing. My only concern, was when I first got it, the computer would randomly turn off (I believe this to be a GPU or PSU issue). It would be every few minutes at first. I added a few case fans on top, changed them to intake, and now it seems to run pretty smooth. The issue hasn’t happened since, but I’m still a little cautious. Otherwise, great build, nice and clean. Also, be warned, it is massively big!

Overall this is a great pc and well together considering the market for pc’s and 3000 series GPUs. However upon use I realized both USB ports at the top weren’t functioning. Geek squad told was able to get one of them working but told me the pc would have to be sent back to CyberPower for any hardware repairs. This could take as long as a month, and I’m in the middle of midterms. There was also a boot print on the side of my box along with a noticeable box damage on the opposite side. I think this pc (When handled well and in good condition) would be an excellent 5 star purchase for anyone looking for a great mid tier system.

First of all, This Computer is astonishing. Everything that you have ever wanted to do, you can do. From video editing to competitive gaming. Streaming works extremely well on this beast of a computer as expected. The only reason I am giving this 4/5 stars is because the first time I received the pc it came defective. Other than that I am beyond happy.

Looks great, runs great. One major flaw for me is cooling. This system has 3 RGB case fans that are not connected to the mobo at all and allow for no control by the mobo or yourself through any software. The fans are basically spliced into a connector from the PSU directly. I am assuming they are just at full speed full time, which is surprisingly quiet at that. Unfortunately, I do not believe this will keep up with the heat that is put out by the system, as I have hit 100C with moderate use, not even pushing the system yet. While this can be corrected with some fan upgrades, it should not be the case. There are two 4-pin connectors for system fans that could be taken advantage of for a few more dollars if they had decided to. Overall I am happy with the pc, but I would be conservative with the system until those fans are replaced, or risk overheating the system and a shortened lifespan of certain components. This small thing could really turn a very good system into a disappointment over a few dollars in parts. If you are comfortable with replacing the case fans you will not be disappointed in the system. Almost forgot. The M2 drive is nice, but it is on the slower end["up to" 1800mb/1200mb]. I leave it to you to decide if that matters to you. 3000Mhz Ram. 600W PSU

Here are some parts from my rig. The Graphics card is from Gigabyte. Mine has triple fans. Motherboard: Asrock B460M Pro4s/AC This is a micro-ATX motherboard so only 2X PCI-E x16 slots and one x1 slot. The wireless is 802.11AC, not wifi 6. The power supply is only 600Watt but it is EVGA Gold 80 Plus which means it has high efficiency. Overall, it is a great mid-end gaming PC.

I bought this desktop because my laptop was dead. Also, this desktop was shipped faster than other stores; and it was arrived earlier on January 29, 2021. The first day that I used it with TV because my monitor wasn't shipped and worked fine. Then the next day my TV turned to black screen after using it for a few hours and the fan inside my desktop getting louder when it turned to black screen. I thought it was my HDMI cable because it used to happened to my laptop before. After that I went to Bestbuy to buy another HDMI, and it was still black screen. And I still didn't think it was my desktop and blamed it on my TV because my TV was old. Then on February 2, 2021, my monitor arrived and I used it with my monitor and it worked great in the afternoon. However, in the evening; it became black screen and showed no signal on the screen monitor. Also, I will return and bought it again because I need it right now. This desktop is great!! Hopefully, I wish I don't get the same problem again. Wish me luck!
