Ok so this pc is amazing especially for the price... the pc came with cyberpower branded box and had warning temper glass for the ups driver. When i got it was pretty easy to assemble I personally didn’t feel secure with the cube design stand so i used it without the stand (ITS POSSIBLE)! straight out the box comes with amazing instructions, nice packaging it even comes with your motherboard manual lol. Comes with so many Goodies like a free mouse and keyboard I bought a steelseries one tho but i will use it as a backup comes with a 2080TI graphics card that is a BEAST! graphics are literally buetiful triple the graphics of the new ps5 coming out lol. comes with 2 non rgb rams 8x 2= 16gb also includes 4 rgb fans with a tiny rgb remote....
GRAPHICS : I can play all and every top game on very high/ultra settings with no lag thanks to the 2080TI... if you want the best graphics go with a 4k monitor otherwise you will be losing resolution using a 1920 x 1080 monitor i have a 4k one 3800 resultion (SO WORTH IT).
Fps : for Fortnite creative i get 385-500 fps on unlimited fps easy and when i hop online i put 240 fps so fps is amazing! Gta 5 i get like 60-90 fps because my graphics are on ultra. Cod is like 120 I believe it all depends on how low your graphic settings are.
Performance: you can multi task with no lag or hesitation this thing is a BEAST no questions asked
Connections: So this comes with wifi and bluetooth it didn’t show bluetooth on best buy website so i was mad happy and it comes with over 10 usb ports
Design: IS AMAZING ITS MADE OF GLASS BUT SO BEAUTIFUL.... RGB CAN BE CHANGED TO DIFFERENT MODES AND COLORS
Conclusion this thing is amazing fast beautiful and has amazing graphics recommend 10/10 if you open a best buy credit card you can get 10% back on your first purchase so you will be getting back around $300 worth it

So like many who had already reviewed this before me. I too liked the design. Loved the power and performance of the 2080ti. Tho the jump at maxed out settings wasn’t mind blowing versus the 2080S. But this graphics card was beefy and plenty strong. Dual fan design. With plenty air flow. The CPU was great as well. Enough storage to last urs with hundreds of games. The cure design is beautiful right? Yes but let me tell you why I have it 2 stars and eventually returned back to Bestbuy.
I ordered and paid full retail like everyone else.
Waited a week or so. Received the cybercude pc happy as can be. Took everything out. First I opened the keyboard. Look d ok. Then opened the mouse box and guess what? It was used. The sticker was peeled and upon inspection there was nasty gunk like nasty dirt finger gunk. This was used heavily. I thought maybe they send the wrong mouse. But then I looked at the PC itself and inside was more dusty than one would expect. But the dust wasn’t the biggest giveaway. The bag that contains the manual cords and accessories was the give away. The cords were loose the manuals were missing and the led controller was missing. This was 100% a used or returned item. But not done by Bestbuy this was sent directly from cyberpowerpc brim their Baldwin hills warehouse. I was shocked and upset. What is the mouse had Covid 19. Who’s knows. U never know. I called them and they didn’t believe me. So I sent pictures. They didn’t care one bit. You can hear they had no remorse. At 2599$ they should care. But they don’t respect the customers that to me is unethical illegal and plain wrong. This is just my story about what this company is like. Maybe I’m unlucky. I won’t do business with this company every again on principle.

I wanted the most future-proof, play-ready PC I could afford. I looked online before making an in-store appointment at BB. When the associate pulled this up on his tablet I laughed out loud. He called it "The Cube of Doom." I laughed again. Then I looked at the price. It was $400-700 cheaper than what I'd been looking at, yet it still came with an i9 processor and 2080 ti GPU. I could add RAM and get the 3-year protection plan and still be within my budget. The 18-months-same-as-cash and the Geek Squad backup (if needed) sealed the deal. I ordered.
It came a week earlier than expected. I'd watched some unboxings and felt confident that I wouldn't need to take it into the store for help. I was right. The plexi-glass panels are easy to remove, which is a good thing because all three have protective plastic wrap covering both sides that needs to be peeled off. Honestly, the trickiest thing was pulling out the big piece of hardened foam from inside the case. Fortunately, I'd seen someone do it on YouTube, so I had a good idea of the right amount of force to use.
This thing is heavy and bulky ... but beautiful when all lit up. The stand gets it off the floor if that's where you have to put it, or gives back a little space if sitting on a desk. It's sturdy. Once you set the Cube on the stand correctly it feels like it's not going anywhere. The stand probably helps with cooling as well. The RAM slots are easy to reach. I had no problem swapping the included 16gb/8x2 for 32gb/16x2. (Later, I followed through with my plan to put the 16gb into my son's gaming PC since he only had 8).
Because I'm a sucker for RGB, I was initially disappointed to get the PNY RTX 2080 ti and not one of the glowy ones. I've since realized that the PNY is perfect for this build because it's a blower style. That, combined with the five fans and ample openings along the edges of the cube, really make for a great overall design. I also realized that because I'm so OCD, it would have driven me crazy to not be able to sync any GPU lighting with the fan lighting anyway.
Performance-wise I couldn't be happier. I downloaded the free preview of Shadow of the Tomb Raider and ran the included benchmark (see pic below). I tried out Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order as well. "The Cube of Doom" handled both games on max handily. I hope to have more time to actually play soon and will update this review if I run into any problems. But for now, I'm very happy with my purchase. The only thing I'm missing from my old desktop is front-facing USB ports. That's as close to a complaint as I can manage!

This case is *big* and *heavy*, but gorgeous! The lights come with a remote that lets you control the mode, color, or just plain turn them off. The PC itself is pretty great - using a Z390 chipset and the latest i9 plus the 2080 Ti, it was just what I wanted for driving a new Valve Index VR headset at the highest refresh rate offered (144Hz). There is tons of room in the case and the wiring is all hidden away in a lower section underneath the MB - great system!

If you're looking at this product, that means you probably are looking for something with incredible processing power with the top of the line graphics card. If this is within your budget, don't even hesitate. Just buy it!!
I've been playing an ultra-modded (+500 mods) Skyrim Special Edition on 4k Ultra graphics settings with all texture mods for 4k and 8k, and everything runs smoothly. I've never had any issues with frame rates and my monitor runs 4k at 120Hz. So yes, it really is powerful.
One thing you may need to consider is the sheer size of this unit! Read the dimensions and weight of the product. I love the design and I'm fine with how big and heavy it is, but it may not fit your desk setup and I wouldn't recommend putting it on the floor because it could easily overheat or you could break the tempered glass panels. It's design allows for air to flow through slits, so it's easy to keep cool if you're playing performance heavy games, but make sure the computer has room to breathe. One thing I love about the design is how easy it is to open it up, so if you want to update the components in the future, it won't be a hassle.
Overall, if you're fine with the price tag and the product design, I would highly recommend you purchase it because it's capabilities certain match what you pay for.

This is an absolute beast of a computer with a decent price tag. At the time of this review i've had it for almost 2 1/2 weeks and it's been working great. Naturally, with a PC this great you can run all the latest games at ultra with fantastic performance.
My PC came with an ASUS PRIME Z390-P motherboard, x2 Ballistix Sport LT Red 8GB DDR4-3000 UDIMM RAM, and an MSI GeForce RTX 2080 Ti VENTUS GP Graphics Card. The cable management is done well and is very organized. It comes with 5 fans and water cooling to the i9-9900K CPU. I'm actually pretty surprised at how quiet the PC is when running the latest games on max.
The only dislike I have is the placement of the power button all the way at the bottom (on the side) of the cube. Nonetheless, I have no regrets and feel that I definitely got my money's worth. I highly recommend it. I can't wait to play Cyberpunk 2077 with this!

The PC got here 2 weeks early. can't beat that. The first thing I did was run a Benchmark test and it scored through the roof. (Minus the benchmark saying the processor wasn't working to full capacity which i'm going to investigate) But this PC scored Out of this world everywhere else.
The Case wasn't a HUGE as i thought, so that's a plus. Lots of room, Lots of Fans.
Looking forward to getting into it! If you're gunna buy a prebuild, your in good shape with this!

This computer has met all my expectations. Honestly very convenient to be able to get so many key features in one purchase, fully assembled, and with a warranty. Wiring is organized and functional. Case is visually appealing but very large and heavy.
The board is a ASUS Prime Z390-p with 4 slots for RAM, Space for two graphics card if choose to add a second. 8 usb outlets in the rear.
Installed are 2 Team T-Force Vulcan 8GB 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400 RAM cards. Added two more of the same and have had all the power and speed to multi-task seamlessly.
NVIDIA RTX 2080ti card is the "AERO" model with single cooling fan. Honestly the card is a real beast. It supports 3 DP cables. there is also out puts off the board. My experience is im running everything on ultra graphics at well over a stable 100+ fps. Hours and hours of use and i have had no heat issues.
i9 is liquid cooled. 4 fans in the front cool the liquid and board with single exhaust fan.
I personally recommend this computer to anyone. its power and performance lives up to its price tag.

Wouldn't work with my monitor & I got nothing but a blank screen. Conflicting instructions on where too or not too plug in your monitor. Loose & barely responsive power button. I'm sad & want to cry. :( Good luck everyone.
