    Do you like horror stories?

My MacBook Pro, that I love dearly, has been struggling to to handle my 4k video projects. Though I enjoy the Apple ecosystem, it just wasn't practical for me at the time to invest in a more powerful Apple solution. As always, I checked out Best Buy (love you guys), for PC options. Initially found and purchased another PC from BBY with an i7 processor and a Hybrid SSD and HDD drive combo. Then it happened, I stumbled across this MONSTER of a PC. (Insert drool face) Check the specs and the price and you'll know why. I actually found one Thanksgiving weekend for $200 off. I drove an incremental 40+ miles out of my way to get the only one in my area. After seeing RickH's review I knew it could handle my needs. I mean per his note, he really put it to the test, so that was enough for me. Keeping the Mac, but will let the PC do the heavy lifting of content creation. Got it home, set up was a breeze, opened it up to add +16GB of ram to top out at 32GB. **Note, I use Premiere and After Effects. The main benefit of extra ram will only appear in After Effects as I understand it. As I prepared to put the, easy to remove, glass side panel back on, it happened. It slipped out of my hands and shattered all over my tiled office area. After I cried inside, I regrouped and was grateful I purchased the 2 year warranty. However, I decided not to execute a repair, but I was afraid of a repeat. So I hit the interwebs and found a solution that works for me better. I ordered an acrylic panel, mod'ed it accordingly and viola, back in business. Despite the horrific episode, this is the best tech purchase I've made in a while. I'm already seeing how the power of this machine is improving my workflow.

    Amazing prebuilt

I’ve spent a few weeks looking for a desktop trying to upgrade from a laptop that runs terribly slow. I can open up applications quicker than I can blink like photoshop and adobe after effects, which took about 10 minute s on my laptop. Price is decent for the setup and overall for gaming or tough processes, this computer will pull through with no problem.

I purchased this computer because I needed to get a desktop and didn't feel like going through the hassle of building my own. I purchased it during a sale and saved a ton over the list price. The computer is very good for a pre-built system. I had some concerns about cooling and the components but have been surprisingly happy with everything. I did install a 1tb 970 EVO Plus drive because I do a lot of file manipulation and the drive worked perfectly in the M2 slot and I got max speed on the drive. The SSD that came with it was a SATA Western Digital SSD and it is perfectly adequate for most users, I use it as a backup drive. The PSU on mine is an 800watt 80 bronze ATNG and that isn't the best but I have done some research and it isn't terrible so crossing my fingers on that. The motherboard is excellent and I am not having any issues getting the Max boost speed on the i9-9900k and all seems fine. The cooling is adequate so far even during heavy gaming. It easily drives two monitors one 4k and one 1080P. The sound quality is very good, bluetooth and wi-fi works great. I would purchase again. I did have one defective fan but Cyberpower sent me a replacement fan and some tie wraps and I was able to fix myself and the new fan works great. The wiring in the case was very neat and professional. The case is surprisingly cool believe it or not. I got the Zotac Gaming RTX 2070 card and it works great, gets a tad hot but not a big problem and it clocks up to 1845 MHz on its own which was a surprise since it is a 1410MHz 2 fan card but it is working exceptionally well way better than a blower card.

I've only had this a week, but set-up was easy and it ran fine right out of the box. The massive 1TB SSD loads super-quick. I do appreciate that no bloatware was installed. I got mine on sale and for the specs you can't beat the value. All the eye-candy lighting is hidden from the front view which doesn't make a lot of sense, but the pc itself rocks with performance. I bought this to run flight sim software (P3D). With the sliders all the way up it runs smooth as silk. The pc is surprisingly quiet and the built-in wi-fi is a nice feature. I originally wanted a 2080 gpu, but really can't see how it would have made this better. The 2070 is more than adequate and is a worthwhile cost saving. The I9 is the thing.

Just got my pc to day i have the 2070 version, was put together well, cable management was good, all name brand parts the case is a bit cheaply made but its a upgrade to my old one. your parts my vary but i got a zoltec 2070, no lights which was a lil dissapointing but for the price i feel ok. Its very fast ive installed some games and have been running on ultra, i bought a 27inch gsync rog monitor and its great to behold. Mother board is not top of the line but it is still a decent one.im going to add more hds and a extra usb card then ill be set. I was reluctant to by a prebuilt but i could never had built this system for this, even had a 80+ bronze psu which i was shocked to see.

    Great Out of the Box

This gaming computer runs great right out of the box with no modifications. I was at first going to build my own, but ran out of time. I was leery of a pre-built. It runs Forza 4 at over 100FPS on ultra, the graphics card is the bottleneck. The processor is wicked. The I9 does run hotter than most up to 78c when the turbo boost kicks in at 5ghz, but cools rapidly to between 32 and 43c while in game. Non gaming activities averages 27-29c. It ran Anthem at 50-100FPS while dropped down to high, for fear of overheating. Haven't tried overclocking. I haven't thus far felt a need. I have had 0 in game screen tear. The on board sound is more than adequate running through some old Altec Lansings. or Logitech headphones. So far I have no complaints other than the heat, thus far INTEL claims the i9 can handle it. The jury is out... I have not changed the cooling system. I have read others who have, did so in vain. The adjustable RGB on the keyboard, mouse and fans are nice bells and whistles at this price range. I have paired it with a mid-high range Hp gaming monitor at 144hrts and have had awesome graphics output use for gaming, movies, videos and photo editing. The hand wiring of the internal components was very well done with attention to the details of how it would look through the tempered glass viewing side. I feel that I am pretty future proof for what this rig is used for. I may upgrade the graphics card to avoid the bottle necking but at this time I feel no need, at least not until there are more games developed that would even utilize the full strength of this i9/msi rtx2070 combination. Cyberpower did well.

I just bought this monster a few days ago. I've been deeply dissatisfied with several other Mac and PCs I have purchased in the recent past because I do a lot of photo editing and drone video editing with some 3D modeling. So, I have struggled to find a computer that meets that workload. I am optimistic this machine has what it takes! Now, I rarely have a PC issue I cannot resolve, but it was much to my delight that I could not get past the very first screen on this tower setup! I wanted to use both a bluetooth only keyboard and mouse, but you have to link those systems IN Microsoft...so, I had to go around my house to collect an old keyboard and old mouse with wired connections. The old mouse still wouldn't work, but the keyboard that came with the PC did work. So, it was a fair bit of "tab" action happening to click through the screens, but I am all set and moving now. Thanks for this CyberMonday deal Best Buy!

Out of the box no issues at all. RGB lighting is very nice addition and being able to lower the brightness at night to not light up the entire room is a plus. Has been able to handle everything I have thrown at it so far. Very quiet compared to my old computer.

I have been waiting for a more powerful computer for the past 20 years. Every time I looked at a new release, there was always a new better computer coming up. Without hesitation, I decided to purchase this one. The BestBuy salesman was so helpful explaining what I can do with this computer other than games. I like the fact that I can see through the computer. It was educational to see how memory, hardware, and fans were built into the system. It was a matter of plugging and navigating, Overall, I am very satisfied with my choice and I think BextBuy tech team was very helpful and a great job upgrading my system to 48gb memory and Microsoft Office installation.

This system is perfect for all of my gaming needs. I not only run a lot of PC games, but I also run VR. I needed a system that could keep up with the standard of excellence in today's market for games, and the VR was just a must for my personal preference. This system handles all of that easily and looks great doing it. Thanks for making this system, making it affordable, and just what I needed CyberPower. And thanks to BestBuy for carring this great machine.

This computer is well put together but as a PC gamer and builder I would have to say this computer is very cheaply built. This is my first ever pre built computer cause I just didn't want to build one plus being on a budget and all. So the motherboard is a ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4-CB there is nothing on this board and I've notice when overclocking on all 8 cores to 5GZ the computer gets extremely hot so I swapped the water cooler out with a kraken x62 after doing so a 30% cooling difference at overclocking I can push for 6Ghz but I'll wait but it's a sturdy computer..

I bought it for my grandson who is a fanatic gamer. After assembling it, I had him play a graphics intensive game that played poorly on his old PC. The game on the new PC played extremely well at a higher frame rate than he ever though possible. Needless to say, he was very happy with the purchase.

I got this computer as an upgrade to my old one and it works like a dream! I was looking for a computer I could actually play games on without having to turn everything down to low. It ran Batman Arkham Knight at the highest quality settings perfectly, and honestly that’s what I was looking for so no complaints here.

The computer itself is great, love the LED effects. The keyboard that came with this system is horrible, put aside in case of an emergency, otherwise, it will sit in storage, the mouse is ok, wish it was wireless, so like the keyboard, it is on standby. Overall, great system at a good price for the specs.

This CyberPowerPC provides all that was advertised/promised. Super fast start-up and application openings...faster than my prior Dell XPS. Liquid cooled, but has louder than normal fan noise...in my opinion. Not annoyingly loud, but noticeable.

Boots up to home screen in less than 10 seconds. Games run smoothly with no observable tearing or stuttering. The interior lights are beautiful and the entire machine is as quiet as a mouse. 11/10 would buy this beast again.
