    Not easy to setup but great tech support

    I've been trying to setup the camera for 3 days and did not have any luck. Called technical support for Dlink and found out that there is a different way to setup the camera if you have a hotspot and instead of a router. Tech support was very patient in walking me through the setup and very thankful that the camera is now working. I can now check my home easily. C6744680

    Excellent camera for beginners plus A+ Web Control

    Bought this camera to monitor my entrance to my condo, I am out of town a lot, have a security system but I was thinking what if they by pass the security system now what? This camera set was super easy with pc or mac. take note there is no video available but it will send a series of photos at 2 FPS via email as an alert. Once it is set up you can control everything from your iPhone, you can hear everything with in 30 ft of the camera remotely and it has night vision that works perfectly. Unbelievable for 99.00 this camera by far went beyond my what I expected. Just note that when you set it up, it will send you email alerts for motion and sound detection however if you want pictures sent to you email with the alerts you have to set up advanced settings which for me was tricky , I spent propably 30 minutes on the phone " wait time plus assistance " with support. Once I was done with support the camera works flawlessly from a distance even over cellular I can watch my home and I get email alerts if someone sets off the motion detection with 6 pictures per email included of the event. Love it and I highly recommend it.

    This camera is easy to use and wireless feature is awesome. Tech # AR004611 was great help in setting up this camera but it is easy enough to do it yourself.

    I would recommend this brand DLINK camera. I brought it to watch my dogs and also to watch over my great friend who is 97 years old. the customer service rep name Misha was very very helpful. she walked me though the whole set up and very patient.I could'nt do it without her Thank you again Misha for helping me set up DCS-933l & 5222L.

    Setup was not as easy as expected, however customer service offered great support. The representatives remain on the line with you and make sure that you go through step by step successfully. Overall, I couldn't be any more satisfied. I will definitely look into more Dlink products in the future! Agent AR004639

    The camera was difficult to install, then stopped working several times. After several attempts at support failed I received case number C6645559 and received help from Ragan who was able to repair the problems caused by the required updated firmware. On the mobile phone everything works fine but on the computer the controls mostly do not work

    I have used these cameras and had a connectivity problem recently. I worked with agent Ford(Ar004620) on case #C6723520. He was able to fix the problem right away and was very professional and courteous. This is a great service provided by D-Link

    AFTER A NEW ROUTER WAS INSTALLED TODAY I COULD NOT LINK UP TO MY CAMERA, DCS-5020L. THE TECHNICIAN WALKED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS AND MADE THE INSTALLATION BEFORE CALLING I TRIED FOR OVER 4 HOURS WITH NO SUCCESS, SHE DID IT IN 15 MINUTES.

    Batch # AR004301 Chris was very helpful in setting up the wireless settings of my camera. This was the least painful experience I have had setting up the camera thus far. Thank you Chris for great customer service.
