All buttons on control panel works except it doesn’t warm the food. Despite calling the Pacific Sales, Dacor services or their services provider they haven’t been able to fix it or replace it. It’s over 6 months since our original date of purchase. Strongly Recommend NOT to buy any Dacor appliances as Samsung may be in process of phasing that name out. Looks like legal action seems to be remaining option on our side.
