    This product is not what is advertised. It has wire and not tempered glass shelves. The freezer compartment is not full size. Also there is no vegetable crisper. Best Buy referred me to the manufacturer. Daewoo referred me to Best Buy. My advice altogether is take your business elsewhere where they will actually deliver customer service. The funniest part is the recording while waiting for customer service on the phone states they want their customers to be happy with your purchase-what a joke!!!! Wish I had paid attention to the other review on this product...or better yet that Best Buy had paid attention and corrected the issue!

    This refrigerator does not come with glass shelves or a crisper drawer. So, do not buy this particular fridge if you expect it to have the, as advertised, glass shelves and crisper drawer.
