pretty boring for a zombie movie, I would say get the newer version, unless your a huge fan of ramero and want to see them all

I love zombie movies and shows... I hadn't seen this one before and for the price it was a good deal.

I love zombie movies and loved this one... in 2D. Just to let you know my 3DTV and 3D Blu-ray firmware is up to-date and works flawlessly. From the start menu to the ending credits there is massive ghosting. It's so bad you can not even watch the movie, ghosting isn't slight in areas but from one edge to the other edge of the screen... So I just thought I would go back to the main menu and watch the regular 2D version, that didn't go so well because you don't have that option... so I had to get up, get the TV remote turn off the 3D from the TV to get the 2D version...??? LAME. Once I got the 2D working I got a poor quality DVD style grainy picture with below average detail, blurry poor definition and substandard colors ... I could have bought the DVD dirt cheap but got scammed and lost 25 bucks. Like I said, its a great zombie move but this version is a scam! Stay away. If you could give negative stars this one would receive a negative 5. Stay away. 2D to 3D conversions are usually bad but this one takes the cake.

If you want a good laugh, then get this movie. I was expecting much more from this, especially with Ving Rhames in it. I was hoping maybe they decided to act as if his character from the "Dawn" remake had lived or even just continue along with the "Dead" story. This movie has nothing to do with that storyline and giving the zombies superhuman abilities was just ridiculous. I, unfortunately, bought this movie sight unseen and totally regret that decision. If you want a good zombie movie, or even horror movie for that matter, get the Romero versions or the "Dawn" remake. If you want to see how not to make a zombie movie, then get this.

I'd say that we may have gotten to the point with Zombie movies where we've seen it all. The only difference is there's a governmental conspiracy involved at the end. The make up was not as good as it could be and the story was pretty weak. If you have nothing better to do, then watch it.

A whole lot of people say this movie is terrible. It is not that bad. Sure I have seen better but I have also seen a whole lot worse. I would say it gets a 3 and a half on a 5 scale since we can't do half stars on here.

Here's another zombie flick to fuel you bloodlust. Actually, it's a really good movie for people who just want to watch a really good "Dead" movie. Get the popcorn and enjoy.

This movie is just cheesy and outright terrible. I turned right around and sold it to a used dvd shop. Nothing like George A Romeros original, and an embarrasment to it, Romero, and Zombie films and fans everywhere.

I so LOVED THIS MOVIE this is really not a remake more of like a prequill to the original Day of the dead I am a HUGE Zombie movie buff & this by far is the best one yet.
