I was able to locate 2 - SC8000's and I'll never let them go. I have had the SC6000 for a couple of years and it is an amazing little beast for a 13" cube!! I have boxed it up for another system down the road. Now on to the SC8000 review, it is just at another level!! I have the BP9060's, CS9060 center and running only 1 of my SC8000 subs. I have the SC8000 volume at 12 and the cutoff at 65hz and I can honestly say I've never been happier with a subwoofer. I've had almost every sub out there and I find that the SC8000 is the best 16" cube subwoofer out period! I don't need a small refrigerator (sub) to do the same. I'll keep one of these SC8000's boxed up as a backup if needed. If you can find a SC8000 I promise you, you will love it!! Happy movie viewing to all!

I purchased this SC 6000 to replace my DT SuperCube II which still works fine. It was time to purchase a newer version and I'm glad I did. This sub looks and sounds amazing, you know it is present!! I have this in the living room along with BP8060's and a CS9060 center! Perfect setup for daily use! We have several Definitive Technology systems in our home and all of them are flawless! And one last thing, DT's customer service is over the top, the best in the industry!

The SuperCube 800 sub is powerful. Perfect for listening to Hip-Hop and movies.

Incredible big bass sound from a small cube! It gets waaaay down there! Great with music or movies. Get it! Play it! Then straighten your pictures on the walls! Recommend? Oh yes!

I was unable to get this wired into the rest of my sound system because of the pandemic. We put a temporary subwoofer cord to the back of the receiver. So I can't say that I have a review of the full power of the subwoofer since the cable we bought looks a little thin. I'll try to update when we get this completely installed.

Definitive Technology is a great company and makes quality products. This sub is awesome and actually will rattle anything light weight that isn't nailed down. It can really immerse you into the movie.

Sound is amazing! It's great for music and for movies and with the supplied remote its easy to switch between music and movies. I keep mine turned up halfway but sometimes I have to turn it down.
