Our living room isn't very big, but we purchased this in hopes to make the sound better. This product did the trick. It may not be as good for bigger living areas, but for something simple it's a good buy!

We got this to pair with our new Sony 930E. Sounds is great and Play Fi app is great. We have 2 W 7's and pair it with the sound bar so we can play music through the whole house

If you just want to amplify the sound of your TV, buy a cheap sound bar. But if you want to get awesome sound quality when watching movies and shows, this system is you get - you will feel the bass from the sub woofer. Love the fact that you can stream your music from a PC (iTunes, downloaded or CD's) or on other devices. Also the ability to expand the system throughout the house AND listen to different music in each location is a plus when you have people with different musical tastes living together. This isn't just a speaker system, it's an investment.

Has a good sound but don't really know if was worth the expense.

So far so good. Soundbar and sub put out excellent sound for our media room purposes. It was simply too good of a deal at the time to pass up, on such a great brand. Caught the set on sale, as the newer version is about to hit the market. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great sound boost, without shaking the walls down to the foundation.

This soundbar has consistently exceeded my expectations! In my opinion this is the best you can get at Best Buy. I was considering a few other soundbars (Bose, Sonos) but the Definitive Tech had a sound that was obviously more substantial. I use this daily and I still can't get over how great the sound is in such a small attractive package. You simply can't argue with perfection.

Got tired of the just barely adequate sound from the TV speakers on my Sony. Due to space considerations I wanted to enhance my listening experience with a compact option. This was the best sound bar I ran across although as usual the performance in store was better than what I've been able to get at home. Probably my fault as I am tech challenged but what I have now is so much better I am not in any hurry to study how to make improvements. Setup was very easy although their directions are almost worthless. I say it was easy but only after failing initially. A simple tip from one of the Magnolia reps made it all work.

Top build quality awesome sound. Easy to set up and you can program your remote to control it. Just check out their youtube videos.

The sound quality of thie speakers is great. The Definitivve app is still a ways away from the Sonos app. I like possible use of multiple speaker manufactures in the future. I would recommend for the audiofites out there.

This sound bar is awesome. Price point for what you get is better than most other brands. Magnolia stores rock.

The sound bar and subwoofer are aesthetically stunning. Sound is very crisp and clear. Would only say that I don't like that soundbar speakers are covered in a thin mesh. Makes me feel like I might accidentally tear it when picking up or moving soundbar

I purchased this because the price was $499 and I needed another Sound Bar. I use this for my Music and Office/Game Room entertainment systems. I spent some time in Best Buy Magnolia listening to this with the included demos. I was extremely impressed with the sound and the price made i this purchase easy. Setup was a breeze and everything went without any issues. I watched one of my favorite movies to watch with surround, Blade Runner 2049. This movie makes for a good surround test with all the digital effects throughout the movie. Sound was loud enough, I did set the volume to maximum but had to turn it down because it was very loud, Bass was amazing and had enough power so I could feel the bass during the movie. I am extremely happy with this purchase.

easy to set up and great sound much better value than the Sonos system since paid 899 for both bar and sub with Def Tech vs 1400 for Sonos set up of similar design (Sonos is great as well and have some Sonos speakers in house also) optical feed via TV used sounds great with games/movies/TV/football

If looking for surround sound from a sound bar this is the one. EXCELLENT.

As a sound bar and sound-wise, it’s amazing. You can spend $150-5/600 and you’re not going to find much of a difference. But if you spend more, you’ll get more. Full-rich bass, great audio and spatial clarity. I wish it had Bluetooth as at least an option. It doesn’t have AirPlay nor Chromecast. The software is basic at best. Very limited and clumsy function. It has Tidal, Pandora, Spotify, Amazon. But no YouTube, Tune-In. If you don’t mind the limited music app functions and you’re looking for phenomenal sound out of a sound bar, then this is it.

Great quality and sound. Not just a soundbar, More like a sound system. Pricey but better than the rest.

Sound is crisp and clean from all angles. Wireless SubWoofer sounds fantastic. Very happy with purchase.
