Everything was really easy to setup, took me less than 10 min and I was ready to roll. The reason I’m giving this a 4 is for lack of….. would be nice to have built in speaker/microphone and maybe even a webcam but other than that overall it’s a great monitor and fairly large screen at 23.8 with many different connection options. I’d still recommend getting this

It has nice resolution and the touchscreen works well. It's also a good size for his desk and his eyes. We ordered it online, and as always, we received it in a very reasonable time. Very pleased with this purchase.

The stand is extremely flexible and can work around many different kinds of conditions, high and low. A great alternative to the ELO Touchscreen monitor it replaced.

Much higher overall quality than the first one I bought (a different Dell model), even though the picture on the first one was fine. The construction of this monitor is much more solid. I had to buy aftermarket speakers and camera-with-microphone, but I bought inexpensive ones in both cases and they are working fine. I really like this monitor. I was pleased to get this on sale. No difficulties about returning the previous monitor; I had saved all packing materials, which made it easy to repack safely the one that I returned

The monitor was quick to set up and downloading the drivers was easy. Ive had no issues. Works like a charm.

Dell touch screen monitor

I thought it was advertised wrong and not really touch screen. YouTube to the rescue! That being said it now communicates perfectly with my computer and I absolutely love it
