Great laptop. Big fan of the size and weight. High quality

I recently purchased this laptop, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my choice! From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed by its sleek design and lightweight feel, making it easy to carry around. The display is vibrant with sharp colors, perfect for both work and entertainment.

I was looking for a new laptop with at least 16gb of RAM and 512gb of storage. It worked out that this computer was available, on sale. I was also interested in the ARM architecture. The Dell that I have is sleek and well made. The Performance is just fine for me, with the 8 core chip and I have not had a compatability issue with any app that I use. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new laptop.

This is the first Dell that I've owned in over 15 years and I have to say that I am incredibly impressed. For this price point. I did not realize how much my life would actually improve. This machine stays cold all the time and I've only heard the fan kick on once in 3 months. I rarely experience lag of any type. The keyboard works fine. The back lighting looks good. The screen gets the job done and the feature where Windows unlocks when it senses your face near... That thing is a life changer. I never realized how inconvenienced I was by typing in a password or pin number. First world problems. I suppose. I would recommend this to anyone who is a casual computer user looking for something for the house or some light business. I read a bunch of reviews and cautionary tales of people warning about lack of compatibility. However, most of those are 6 to 12 months old. I bought this for work and every piece of software I downloaded runs natively. I'm sure there are some very specialized pieces of software that require the emulator, but I had a great experience. My favorite part about this is the battery life. With every laptop I've ever owned when I see 20% I start looking for a plug and a charging cable. Now when I see 20% I know that I have another 3 hours worth of work I can finish before the thing dies. It changes the way you approach needing a cable and a charger.

Very nice computer with excellent keys. Very smooth. Copilot AI is very well designed on this computer. It is the perfect size. The 14" screen really matches the style of the computer. Wish there were more colour options, because the Titan Gray is very murky. Excellent chip, LOVE the Snapdragon X Plus

It was a good purchase, and I recommend this product to get it.

Wish it was more compatible with more software. Was so light and quiet. Fans never rev up on me it never got hot. It was so fast. I already miss it wish I didn't have to return it.

Great little laptop for what I need. Shipped to store, arrived on time as promised. A bargain for all its features.

I had this laptop for less than 12 hours before the processing chip fried. The geek squad associate told me that snapdragon processors apparently are known to have this issue. Would NOT recommend. Stick with an Intel processor.

The software doesn’t work with my old printer. Sales people should warn people ARM doesn’t work with older printers. Microsoft working on the problem, but not sure when it will be corrected. Now I have to go buy a new printer!
