Overall, great product and would recommend! I have no complaints for the "Dell - Inspiron 15 3520 Touch" Laptop. It meets all of my personal and business endeavors. Work, school, and entertainment such as movies and music. Multitasking is a necessity for me and it meets my standards with 8GB of RAM (Random Access Memory.) One point I will take away is that the keys on the Keyboard do not light up, so it makes it a bit of a challenge to see what keys to press when I am not in a well lit area or simply desire for my room lights to be turned off unless I tilt the monitor in an uncomfortable position. It would have also been great if this PC had at least one USB-C port, but I can suffice with 3 USB-A ports. The touch screen feature is perfect and the sensitivity is precise. I love how the screen is also able to easily open with little resistance, and the henges are on firmly so I do not have to worry about striping the screen from the base of henges. It does not concern me to much that the laptop (specifically around the screen and keyboard area) is mainly consisting of plastic since I will be the only one using this PC.

The laptop is great for the price. I wanted a computer where I could learn SQL and play games like The Sims and so far everything works great.

I bought it for my daughter but end up using it, too. It is a good and affordable laptop. I add another 8gb ram to it. There is a space for another 2.5in ssd sata so that you can reuse your old hard drive. I definitely recommend, but I am a little bit disappointed that there is no usb-c port. Anyway, can't really beat the price of $330

I love the Christmas gift I bought for my husband, the Dell Inspiron touch screen computer. After a year full of heart sickness and heart surgeries, my husband, 84 years old, is really enjoying his gift. That and the iPad I also bought him at Best Buy for his birthday at the end of September are welcomed entertainment and usefulness as he is reclaiming a healthy life! Also, all the efforts of your Geek Squad to make usage easy and accessible are much appreciated!

Touch screen works well, computer is very responsive and works well for work and school.

Thank you Best Buy for a quality laptop at a great value price. I purchased a Dell Inspiron 15 3520 during the Black Friday sale and saved hundreds of dollars. You can always trust that Best Buy will the best products at the best price! Their name says it all Best Buy.

It's my first Dell laptop and I was very happy to find out that unlike HP laptops you can upgrade it. I bought Dell - Inspiron 15 3520 Touch Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB SSD - Carbon Black because I can add memory, etc. A they have always had a good reputation for quality. Nore: Based on my research and experience since I haven't opened it yet. Xmas present. Although much more difficult than desktops, I have fixed laptops, water damage, but they weren't HP laptops. Although they are good products they intentionally go out of their way to make you buy what you want/need from them and make it difficult to do upgrades. I wanted to add an SSD supplemental drive which was an option but the area were the drive goes had ribs in the it so that you could not add the drive! Buy it from us or you can not have it! This intentionally designed slightly different case really turned me off buying HP.

Good buy for the price. I liked it because of big screen and still its not that heavy. No issues till now. I wanted to network port to have wired connection sometimes, but it is not having it but its ok for the price.

This product because of the speed and the display. The listing said it had ultra HD inch graphics, but I ended up getting iris XE, which made this even more of a bang for your buck. For my purposes, it’s doing perfectly fine.

This can be a good option for a pc at this price. I can use some programs like Adobe, Photoshop Illustrator with no interruption. I had problem no problem with the speed.

This laptop has been a great investment. It works great for my needs with personal and school life. My only issue is after signing up for a dell account I get a lot of spam/scam emails and got a notice of my email on the dark web.

I tried to play pogo games and it constantly freezes. Otherwise the laptop runs smooth and no issues. It may be the game itself.

It's a very good computer, a good size if you're looking for something moderately large, very practical and the best thing is that it's a touchscreen.

I love my Dell Inspiron laptop! I got mine on sale for 350$, i use it for school and the touch screen is very helpful!

I used it for work and it worked great for almost 2 years. After that, the plastic bezel on the side came off. I googled it and apparently, this is a thing with laptops that use plastic. For that reason, I do not recommend.
